I guess you get what you pay for. I found that no matter how I adjusted the seat, I kept sliding off. The finish on the detail isn't quite there. But overall, it does the job. Keeps my posture relatively upright. Definitely not a chair you can sit on all day, but one shouldn't be sitting down all day anyway.

For anyone with a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck) this could be a godsend! This product was relatively easy to assemble. It looks well made (relative to the price paid). The padding for the knee/shin could be softer, however, I'm thinking maybe I just haven't found the correct angle, height and tilt just yet since I've only had the product assembled a few days ago. But it definitely eased the pain caused by the pinched nerve. I won't add the photo since when assembled it looks exactly like the photo on this website.

Cushions are not at all comfortable. Slides down or goes out of balance. Worst product and worst customer support experience.The reason I was given for returns is: "opened from original package" how would I know if it is good are bad if I do not assemble it.I have used this style of chair before.

I have owned and assembled numerous kneeling chairs, both for myself and others, so am no stranger to putting one together. I scoffed at the comments here where people said these were hard to assemble. I was wrong to scoff.The photos accompanying the step-by-step instructions are truly appalling, (at one point I was using a magnifying glass to try and figure out what the pic was trying to show), and there's not enough of them.And covering the seat and knee pads in vinyl?!! Anyone in shorts or a skirt will find their knees stuck to the knee pad when they go to stand.What else? Oh, yes, the back-rest literally digs into your back, making it far from a rest!The only reason I've upped the rating on this to 2 stars, is that it hasn't fallen apart. Yet. Don’t do it!

Complete rubbish, poor quality, once assembled the chair feels unsteady. This is the third kneeling chair I’ve purchased and BY FAR the poorest. Do not waste your money. Combined with the delay in delivery and disinterested communication from Harvey Norman, this is unquestionably the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in 5 years. Buyer beware!

Exceeded expeactations.

Had a kneeling chair for years and was reluctant to up grade incase it wasn't as good. This one blew the other out the water. Thick kneeling pads, the back rest which I thought would be useless just adds a touch of luxury and the handles make it easy to get in and out. And the lever action is perfect as I can easily raise and lower the seat. Totally worth the money.

Good chair for correct posture

Not difficult to assemble. Good quality. Not difficult to adjust sitting in this chair, but found myself sliding downward in some cases and had to carry myself up. Can feel some soreness on shin if used over long period - rest period required. Keeps me sitting in correct posture, so a good chair!

More instructions please!

The instructions that came with this chair were AWFUL. I'm still not sure if I've put it together correctly. It would also be lovely if the instructions (apart from being comprehensible) would also include optimal posture advice for those newbies like me who've never owned a kneeling chair before. Seems a sturdy chair chair, though, and I appreciate being able to roll the chair about on its castors.

not for those who are hard on their desk chairs.

A chair designed to take peoples weight like this chair is needs to be made much sturdier stuff or you might as well not bother. Mine lasted 6 months and was a godawfull sight by the end of that! I'm not Petite but I'm not exactly large either.

picture looks good, but maximum disappointment

Instruction for assembly isn't that great and pictures are quite dark to see clearly. The back is not adjustable and the rivet nut broke within 5 sec of leaning on it, so it's very loose now. The back and knee pads are adjustable independently which is good in theory but is a pain to adjust as the height adjustment piston is extremely stiff and requires disassembly to adjust. The knee pad angle is completely restricted by the height of the seat as there is not enough clearance with the bracket, which makes the seating position VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Not to mention the rollers are very stiff, which means it is not rolling, it's scratching my floorboard.
