Love this chair. It is comfortable either reclined fully with the head down and feet up, or you can just elevate your feet. The mechanism for lifting the feet up is manual and very simple and just leaning back will tilt the chair almost horizontal. The control is for the massage and heat aspect of the chair and I find it relaxing, it's not intrusive or particularly intensive but pleasant. Exactly what I wanted and the colour (blue) is really nice.

Vibrating chair, not a massage chair.Really comfy, gentle rocking motion, good swivel, easy to use. Easy to assemble.As shown in the picture, the tray is on a pretty heavy angle, even the chair is flat on the ground. I would not put drinks on it.

We absolutely love this chair. Arrived yesterday. Shipping was so quick. Easy to assemble. Best bit is it's a rocking chair. Was my dream to get a rocking chair. Felt so happy and I'm glad I made this purchase. Yet to try the massage features.

Such a comfortable rocking recliner. It just has hard things inside for the massage option and heater, it's hard on the head sometimes. But overall, it's a great recliner. Fallen asleep so many times on it.

Nothing fancy but it is comfy and heats up nice, massage is more vibration than massage. Colour is not accurate to the picture it's almost a blue grey in person. Easy construction.

Excellent chair and a great value for money. Super comfortable and well made. Quick delivery and easy to assemble.All the functions do their job: rotating base, nice heat and the massage is especially enjoyable on legs and the lower back.The colour is a lighter grey as per the description rather than photos, which looks softer in the baby room, as intended.All in all, very happy and recommend the Helmsley.

Great Value. massage better than I was expecting , haven't tried the heater yet. Arm rests could be a little higher but ok. I think Ill be throwing the stand out but some people may find it useful I'm 178 cm tall and I would not want my legs to be longer

the foot rest does not click down without a lot of pressure which the legs do not have. The table is on an angle and swerves easily. On whole not happy and feel duped yes the advertising was right but over exaturated.

The chair itself is good value for price. It’s comfortable and massage function is great. Unfortunately the courier that Coles online use were terrible, communication was poor and the tracking information was ambiguous. Very hard to contact the actual courier. Able to contact Coles but they were just forwarding the information already available and not answering the specifics outlined in the emails. The courier company has many many 3 and below star reviews so suggest Coles look into this as it’s definitely letting down their online service. In summary, shop local where possible.

Rating the Massage / Heating chair from MYER

My only problem was getting up to date delivery information. As for the chair - I am very pleased with it - too warm time of year to have tried the heat cycle - more than happy with the massage settings and still learning how to adjust to exactly what I want and need. The chair is also a excellent "rocking chair" and I use this feature very much. As I have a medical condition I plan to try and sleep in the chair overnight when the weather conditions in Adelaide turn colder during the late fall, winter and early spring. I also am pleased with what I call value for purchase - my rating is excellent.
