This Level lock looks like a regular deadbolt, but it offers all the functions of the bulky "smart" locks that look so ugly. This lock looks beautiful on our front door and no one can tell that it's a smart lock! We love the fact that we can let in people like our family members or the cleaning lady without having to hide a key or use a lockbox. We also appreciate all the notifications so we know whenever the door is opened. It allows us peace of mind especially when we are away from home. Also, super easy to install! Highly recommend!

I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback.This is the nicest looking lock I have ever had. You can't even tell it's a smart lock, and it's extremely great quality. I had braced myself for installation, but it was surprisingly extremely easy to install.What I really love about the lock is the effortless access. Because all my keys look the same, I usually have to juggle my keys around to find the right key to the right lock. Not anymore with this amazing touch lock.The app is also super easy to use. We always set our alarm before we go to bed via our alarm system app. Now, we can lock the door from our bedroom using the Homekit thru our Alexa. The lock is absolutely phenomenal and I am beyond happy with it.

I really do love our new Level Lock Smart Lock in the Satin Nickel finish. It was really easy to install which is a good thing since I’m not very handy. If I can do it anyone can! The satin nickel finish is sleek looking and looks great on my door. The set up was very easy. It works with Apple home kit, Alexa and Ring. We have ring cameras so it was perfect! The lock works with my iPhone but also saw that it works with android. When you hold the lock in your hand you can definitely tell this is made of quality materials. It’s highly rated and certified AAA. The lock definitely helps put my mind at ease knowing it’s a solid, highly rated lock. I’ve already ordered 2 additional locks for my other 2 doors.

You buy a smart lock for the convinient features, but it ends up looking like a sore on your home and in some cases, the bigger units are actually not able to be installed because of lack of clearance to a window door or other framing getting in the way.Enter Level Locks! They pack a lot in to a tiny package. The installation was fairly simple. I love the unboxing experience and the instructions that come with it make it very clear what to do. I was done in about 15 minutes.Everything else is just icing on the cake. One touch open, key card accessories (just $19 for 4!). Absolutely love it. I am glad that they don't sell $100 add ons to make your lock system actually usable.Get it! Highly recommended

This is my first bluetooth lock experience. I wanted to love it, but it is not always dependable. I will lock the door, hear the chime, and then suddenly is unlocks itself. SCARY, right! Auto unlock has not worked well for me either, I approach the door and it doesn't unlock or Iock it and it unlocks. Sometimes the app just doesn't work at all, then you have to grab the key, I get inside and my Wi-Fi is working perfectly. I wish this lock was more reliable for the price!

Still, all told it took me about 20 minutes total to get it up and running.To use the smart aspect one must download the Level App and create an account. It isn’t complicated, and the app itself is very pared down and spare…in a good way. A simple Home Screen shows whether the door is locked (provided you are in range). Holding down the symbol at the bottom of the home page either locks or unlocks the bolt using a. Bluetooth signal. You can change the range that the Bluetooth operates, though the default works perfectly for us.And the fact that it uses Bluetooth is awesome, as you aren’t relying on wifi signals (which can and do fail) to get into your house on a late, cold night.). Using the Ring app you can control it remotely, I believe, but we are happy the way it functions as is.It is much quieter than our previous smart lock, and you have the option of changing the volume of the alert.The app also allows you to share access to your door temporarily, using hours and dates to limit this privilege. Too you can choose to have the lock open or close automatically after it’s been used (which is good if you have kids that habitually forget to lock the door when they are in a hurry in the morning).Visually is it is simple and discreet. I had problems finding smart locks that would work on our door as it is old, with heavy detail so there is little flat area to seat a large keypad lock. This is where the Level Lock Smart Lock really shines. It takes up very little real estate, while still allowing smart access so you don’t have to keep track of keys, especially when you have a large family.Obviously you will need your phone to use its Smarts” so we do keep a key hidden outside, especially if we are walking the neighborhood and we don’t want to take our phones along. Still that’s rare, as phones are generally never more than a pocket away.And the battery life is great so far. Battery life on my previous smart locks were absolutely atrocious, depleting AA’s in less than a month consistently. We got to where we never used it, always using the garage instead. Not now…the Level Lock Smart Lock just keeps going, and only uses one small battery concealed in the bolt itself.We are obviously very pleased and excited about this Level Lock, and hope to fit our other doors with them soon! Highly recommend!

Wonderful craftsmanship, very high quality and it looks just like a regular door lock. It’s has good weight. I don’t even bother locking the door handle. Or if I leave at and come home at night and the porch light is off. It’s amazing. I am super pleased with this product. It takes one battery, said to have last up to a year that’s with normal usage and nothing excessive. it looks very nice and no one would ever know it’s a smart lock. The packaging is nice with easy directions. The install took less than 10 minutes and downloading the app 1-2 minutes. I like this lock because it looks like a traditional lock. You wouldn't know it was a smart lock until you touch the lock and hear the chime that means it opened or locked. Having an app on your phone to control the lock and know when it was last opened/closed is a game changer for our family. super high quality materials. Great for the kids - they can come and go without worrying about who has keys. And great for security - we can check any time on the phone app that it's locked properly. I certainly recommend this as the neatest smart lock I've seen.
