I’ve wanted 501’s since I was a little girl. We were too poor. Then in my 20’s, I gained a lot of weight. I was too fat. Last year I lost all that weight and this year decided to treat myself. These jeans are, so far, everything I wanted them to be. They’re comfortable. They shape the areas that need shaping. They feel great. They look great. They were reasonably priced.

These jeans are actually so comfortable and the cut and fit looks so nice. The only thing that's slightly frustrating is the button fly, and the fact that I got a size that's a little too big for me and didn't return them in time (but that's obviously my fault and not theirs haha). The very bottom button on the fly is so difficult to do up, so I just leave the bottom few buttoned all the time.I'm 5'9 and got the 32'' inseams, and they're a great length for me, hitting right at my feet and don't look like I'm a child that grew out of my pants (like shorter inseams tend to do), so I'd recommend the longer inseam if you like pants that hit below the ankle and are on the taller side

As expected from Levi’s these are great quality and look really good. I did read the reviews first and noted that these are a generous fit but I ordered my usual size as they hadn’t got the size down in stock. As other reviewers had said they do still look good with a more baggy fit. I did return mine as I have a similar pair already and I would have preferred them a little more fitted. Very much personal choice. I would highly recommend - and with Levi’s great returns policy it makes it easy if they don’t suit. I will be ordering a pair in a smaller size at some point.
