This 64 Gb memory card is perfect for my sons camera. Allows him to store thousands of high resolution pictures on. Can be used with a device that allows this size memory card. Easy to transfer to desktops, and or laptops. So happy I got this instead of the smaller memory cards. Can be used for saving of documents, files and or the like. Recommend it!

Title says it all. SD card gave a corruption error after shooting an interview. It was a 20 minute interview on my GH5 that I can NEVER replace. Battery was full. Data extraction software could not even find or retrieve the file. This happened after maybe 10 hours of total footage shot on the card. This was a very expensive card to have a corruption failure. I dont dare use it again. I wasn't even shooting high data rates. Just plain old .mov 1080 8 bit. Thanks LEXAR.

Works well and double the storage of the Sony G Tough Card so now I have plenty of storage at high speed for my camera now. Highly recommend. Though the GTough does feel a little bit more robust but not by much and this card actually slides into the slots easier than the Sony card due to it being one thickness throughout whereas the Sony is thin at the tip and thick at the back which creates a ledge to possibly get stuck on.

If you shoot Sony Alpha cameras then SDXC cards are your only option and this is the fastest. It isn't a bad price for the 32-gig version I bought and it includes one of the best SDXC UHS-II readers on the market. If you have a new MacBook Pro with USB-C ports, look for a USB 3 to USB C cable to adapt the reader. Considering that most card readers are $40-$80 each, the free reader is a major bargain! This is the fastest rated card on the market in SD format, it is as fast as you can buy on the download to laptop as well. For Sony cameras this card slides into the SD slot easily with no issue - Sony Tough cards have some sort of flaw in their design that makes them catch on the camera's SD slots as well as SD readers, they work but it isn't smooth (all the UHS-II ... MoreIf you shoot Sony Alpha cameras then SDXC cards are your only option and this is the fastest. Glitchy entry and exit of a card when you are in a rush, say shooting football and changing cards between plays, is a bad system to invest in. So I would strongly recommend Lexar's card vs the Tough series. I tested the tough cards and went the Lexar direction because of this design flaw. One other note. I am buying more 32-GB cards than the higher capacities in the hopes of downloading two or three cards at the same time on my laptop rather than one card from big shoots. This is to hopefully speed things up, coming from XQD cards I used before I switched from Nikon to Sony. This might be a good approach for you to consider if you are in the same boat as the speed of this card may be the best you can buy but is still aggravatingly slow if you are used to XQD speeds from your former Nikon gear. By splitting your take over multiple cards you can hopefully speed up the overall transfer using multiple cards at once on multiple readers!
I have loved these Lexar cards in the past but the two cards I just purchased have BOTH turned up faulty. After using the cards on a recent safari, I was able to take many pictures without a problem until I suddenly got format errors. My computer and camera would no longer recognize the cards and stated that they needed to be formatted. I reformatted and tried again, but the same thing happened again. I am at a loss as to what the problem is.
This is a good high-performance card. I have it in my Mirrorless camera and have seen great results compared to the card I typically use. I’ve shot 4K videos and all my photos in Full SD. The memory card has displayed incredible speed in processing these photos with minimum to no delay between shots. In addition to the processing speeds, this has been an upgrade for me with regards to capacity. I’ve been taking a ton of photos lately and haven’t approached the capacity limit.I strongly recommend this memory card. It’s been a seamless transition from my old card to this card.
IF YOU HAVE A SONY CAM AND ARE MISSING FILES TRY PLUGGING CAMERA WITH CARD IN IT STRAIGHT INTO COMPUTER. Just wanted to mention that in case it saves someone from formatting over footage they think is gone.I saw this card was on sale and thought it would be good to have a V90 in case I wanted to shoot XAVC S-I. Saw high-ish ratings but didn't really read the reviews, but after reading some today it seems apparent there are some issues with these cards and Sony cameras. I formatted this card in my A7SIII and went and filmed a house. Got home and loaded the card into my iMac and the clips folder was showing as empty. I thought maybe Final Cut would recognize them so I ejected the card, and reinserted, and the import window in FCP opened and I saw files start to load ... MoreIF YOU HAVE A SONY CAM AND ARE MISSING FILES TRY PLUGGING CAMERA WITH CARD IN IT STRAIGHT INTO COMPUTER. I thought maybe Final Cut would recognize them so I ejected the card, and reinserted, and the import window in FCP opened and I saw files start to load but then they all disappeared and nothing happened. Freaked out a bit but then put the card back in camera and the files were all there and played back no problem. Connected the camera straight to the computer and was able to unload the files no problem, but still scared the crap out of me for a minute and left me with no confidence in the reliability of these cards. I've been using the Sony Tough V60 cards and they have worked flawlessly, even the Prograde V60 have been great.
I now have two of these in my Leica SL2-S, which means that even if I use the cards in parallel (rather than in sequence), I'll virtually never run out of space. In practice, yes, I reformat my cards periodically, but I no longer need to worry about off-loading files to make room during longer photo-intensive trips. The speed of these cards is faultless, at least in my implementation -- I have no sense that they are ever a constraining factor. Altogether ideal for the purpose.
I have used Lexar for years with no issues until last fall when I bought a double pack of the 128GB for a trip out west. While in Yellowstone, both cards gave me reading errors. Thankfully, I had one of my older cards in the 2nd slot of my R6 so didn't lose any photos. It's left me leery of purchasing Lexar again. That didn't even last 3 weeks.
This has been a great card for my Kodak ultra zoom camera. I take a ton of wildlife pics and video and also record many of my daughter's soccer and volleyball practices and games. This card works amazing and we never missed a beat. With 64gb you'll have tons of room to stay out all day without worrying you didn't bring a back up. The high speed performance of this card is amazing considering the affordable price.
