I though 312MB/s is not fast enough for my photos to transfer, but if you have a good system, it goes much faster then that. Really happy with this purchase.

Bought this recently to be able to plug in and transfer photos, video and media from my higher speed cards to my phone and tablet storage, plus cloud storage while travelling. Pleasantly surprised at how fast this reader transfers compared to my older devices. Great value for the price.

I use this with a SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO UHS-II SDXC card and a Dell XPS 13 7390. Very Fast! Transfers at speeds advertised with the card listed in this review. Didn't need any special software to use with Lightroom.

Its crazy that my very old Kingston reader run better than this. This time I am very disappointedIt seems this reader has problem with Windows 11 and UHS-II CardsMaybe there was System problem after Windows 11 because in Device Manager it says Device Settings not Migrated...I have 2 weeks old laptop ant this Reader cause me a lot of issues at this moment . Nice as fast, super-convenient size and form factor, no damned cables to lose or fiddle. Have been using it frequently for 10 months with not a single problem or hiccup. I have seen zero heat issues mentioned by another reviewer. It works. It works great.
