I’ve just purchased my first LG washing machine F4V310WSE inverter DirectDrive 10.5kg from ao.con and can truly say I am so impressed with it. It even has Smart Functions allowing me to communicate with my washing machine using my iPhone. Using smart diagnosis. The machine weighs your washing and automatically adjust the time of wash according to the weight. It was easy to install with attaching one cold water outlet, waste pipe, adjusting feet plug in and good to go. It plays tune when you turn it on and off and plays a pleasant tune when washing machine finishes. Allows you to customise your temp and spin with just a press of a button. Have done about 4 washes all with great results very quite even on a fast spin It has a A+++ rating and even has a 14 min speed ... I like the soap dispenser area-you don’t have to use as much soap in this high efficiency machine as you would in a traditional top loading machine. I ordered this the 14kg LG front load washing machine a month ago and just got it yesterday, all I can say it is amazing. My old front loader washing machine was a LG 7kg but this one bets it hands down. I love how it analyzes the load before it starts, then it will tell you how long it will take. I have done 2 weeks of washing in 1 day in 5 loads and now on to all the quilts which is the main reason I brought this machine. I can not wait till all my king size quilts are nice and fresh thanks to LG. It is great how it connects to the app on your phone and you get a notification for when your load is finish instead of having to listens for the ring of the machine

Have always been a top loader is better believer. This front loader has changed my mind. Easy to use, water saver and makes washing my blankets, pillows etc a dream. Have read reviews that people complain about long wash times etc, this machine washes in about the same time as my top loader. I also have the LG 14Kg top loader, so both have their advantages. Never had a problem with LG washing machines and have owned them for 8 years. This is my 3rd machine and love the large 14Kg capacity.

I bought this last October 2020 and the powerboard was broken. Clothes were stuck for days before it got fixed and was damaged. I ask for a replacement of the unit and will never ask for compensation since it was the powerboard and there is no manual overide to open the washer if it occurs again. They replaced the powerboard but never replaced the unit. How can I trust a product thats gets broken under 24 months without a manual overide to avoid clothes being damaged. As a consolation support is good but avoid this product.
Machine DOES NOT fit a super king doona. Barely fits a king. Will not spin dry as much as you would expect even on extra dry spin. Wash cycles are ok but washing isnt as clean as you would expect even if you half full it on a full sized wash. Constantly unbalanced even though its been set up correctly. When unbalanced it wont spin so you come back to an unfinished load.
Bought machine in June, had issues after a couple of weeks using.1. Machine constantly clogs due to socks so we put them in wash bag2. Our clothes was ripped and tearing every few wash, we thought it was due to high spin cycle so placed it on medium and still same issue even for thick cotton fabrics3. Contacted GG Concierge, had it assessed and was told installed gasket is not the correct size hence snagging clothes during wash, we had about $300 worth of cothes damaged4. Reports sent to LG and they still haven't contact for resolution even after follow up, it has been over 2 weeks
Had a lovely top loader for years and was working beautifully. Bought this bigger LG front loader washer and dryer. To start with it the dryer doesn’t dry but on top of it the washer gives u dirty clothes back (I could still smell my sons sweaty sports clothes after washing). I am so disappointed that I went with LG name. I tried different settings, put in various detergents to get it work but each time it fails. Finally today I realised it hardly uses any water. I tried various settings but again same result, dirty clothes after washing. It basically uses so little water that clothes are not cleaned at all.
Love it! I was a little sceptical after having the old style dryer that it wouldn't dry properly. Happy to say it does and it's fantastic. My clothes feel softer?! No more hot sweaty dusty laundry. Worth ever cent for the much cheaper running costs too. Currently recycling the water after use for my plants.
