Best TV I've ever bought! Beautiful colours, 4K streaming is awesome and works perfectly. It's also really easy to use the operating system with the motion sensing remote, much quicker to type things into apps compared to Samsung TVs. Highly recommend Nanocell LGs, I'm glad I paid a tiny bit more to get it over the standard LG. Great service from JB Prahran too.

Brought the LG as I've had a good run with the brand and it's longevity. This one we have for the loungeroom where the seating is mainly in front. It's not a problem but an observation to point out, the image appears nearly white when you are at a fair angle to the screen. But it's not an angle any normal person would choose to sit at. All in all the image quality is very good and it's a fairly easy tv to navigate.

I bought this TV because the reviews said it had good image and colour retention at multiple viewing angles, which is the situation at our home. I find it to be the worst of any TV we've had in this respect - including an older model LG (have this cheaper one at the holiday house and should have maybe gone for that again, instead of the whiz-bang Nano technology), Samsung, NEC and Kogan. Pity there isn't a 30-day trial period. I guess I'm stuck with it until it dies.
It was easy to setup and lift by myself. I configured the options I wanted and linked it into my wi-fi at home. Really easy to switch from HDMI on PVR to Digital TV and to internet options. Picture is fine and sound is OK as well. I would have liked a user manual printed out with the TV rather than have it as an option on the TV as that way you can see how to do something and do it without having to go back and forwards to the on screen user manual.
A fantastic TV at this price range, 200 refresh rate, wifi 6, Apple airplay, plenty of APPs, easy to use. The picture quality is excellent including definition, colours and contrast…The guys who installed it did an excellent job with wall mounting with wires hidden with fit out in and out behind wall along with a really neat cable panel.

We bought this TV to replace a 55" TV damaged during a recent home move. Researched and found this model suited our needs and the price was within our price range. It was easy to setup, lots of features and options. The LG Magic Remote is easy to use and my partner has no trouble understand how to change inputs. Picture is clear and bright, sound is deep and rich. This is a great TV for a wide range of users, particular those of us who are after something that just works and don't need a degree to use it.
I was disappointed to find that the Sonos soundbar I purchased to go with the TV could not allow the volume to be controlled by the TV remote. Having spoken to both LG and Sonos it seems the only answer is to control the volume on a phone App, or to manually press the volume up and down controls on the soundbar. The retailer should have known that the LG TV and the Sonos soundbar were not compatible. Apparently if the LG Remote was infra red, it would work correctly. Otherwise after some frustrating getting to know the unit, it seems to be OK.
This tv was a huge disappointment. Thought we had done good research until we set it up and saw that realistically only two people can watch this tv, sitting directly in front otherwise the colours are very faded and likeca soft filter has been applied.Luckily we were able to return and purchased the LG 4K UHD TV instead and we are very happy with the quality and viewing angles.If you are after a family TV where it will be watched by multiple people, look for an IPS panel. Ask the sales person to explain.
