Absolutely love this fridge. Have had it for almost a year now and cannot fault it. Drink more water than ever before thanks to the plumbed ice and water. The craft ice is amazing for alcoholic beverages. It’s so massive and deep just what we wanted. Have so many other LG products. Just love the brand.

We love the fridge. The knoch knock window reduces the amount my kids would open the door by around 80%. Saving a lot of energy cost. Also the saved ice ball maker is amazingly. It definitely reduces the need to refill with crushed ice all the time. The filtering systems is so good and the water tests really good! I can only receive this fridge.

My wife has found that the new fridge has much more usable space in it, with the ice make being on the door allows for more room on the top shelf. The freezer section with its square draws things just seem to fit in better and are easy to find. The new fridge is much quieter than the last fridge even though they are the same size (Largest model). My wife also said that it is very easy to keep the outside finish clean and looking like new. Overall very pleased and surprised with new fridge.

I have found this to be a great fridge. Love the indoor in a door. Makes it easy to access the things used the most. Plenty of room. No need for an extra freezer anymore. The third thing we enjoy is the 2 ice makers. 1 accessed form outside the fridge and the second on in side the freezer sections that makesRound ice blocks. The one thing to remember when buy this fridge is the size it wont fit through a standard size front door or any standard size doorway. Need a sliding door or a double doorway
We purchased this fridge only to have the craft ice maker stop working in the first 4 months.LG service was great to get the repair underway but it will take 3 months to have the complete ice maker unit exchanged.....I was also told by the repair agent it was the 2nd fridge with this fault to occur. So is it a manufacturer defect that requires rectification?.....Also the replacement filter is every 6 months ($80)... and the taste of rubber from the replacement new LG filter in the water is there every time the first glass is filled (even thought it was recommended to run 12 litres of water continuously as soon as the replacement filter was installed)..
I was in the market for a big fridge for our family of 7 and came across this one which would match perfectly in our new build being black. The fridge is super deep which has been great for filling up the shelves, especially since school is back and I do alot of lunchbox prep. I particularly love the half door feature, its great to be able to open just the door front to grab the milk, butter, sauce or spread etc without opening the entire fridge. The only few things I've disliked so far is that the doors are quite heavy and slam loudly if not gentle closed, which is hard with young kids and wasn't an issue with our last fridge. Overall its been a great fridge for our big family, I would buy it again.
Overall an excellent fridge. Plenty of space, great features. We love the craft ice and use it way more than we expected. It can't create enough some weeks. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is for 2 reasons. Craft ice is quite loud when it comes out. We live in an apartment and the fridge is 3m away from the couch where we watch television so we hear the mechanism and ice cubes dropping all day and it is quite distracting. Second is the chilled water is not that chilled. While convenient, I find myself wanting the water I would normally leave in the fridge overnight as it would be colder and more refreshing, just more inconvenient. Minor things, and this is the best fridge we have ever owned!
Plenty of room and great ice balls. With a little thought regarding the arrangement of things inside the fridge it is very functional from a door opening perspective. The drinks/butter/essentials window has been awesome. The additional draws/compartments in the base of the fridge are great for half finished things (open meat packets, half cut veggies, etc.) Investing in some Tupperware or Smartvent storage tubs are a good idea as the shelves are very deep and it is easier to pull a tub forward when needed and have the loose items at the front in hands reach. Smart looking and functional fridge.
Absolutely over the moon my LG fridge arrived very exiting time fantastic size for my large family love the ice maker & chilled water dispenser very practical. Also French door in door with nock nock glass is a bonus as it allows quick removal of the most used food items. We will never go short of fridge space.Also this model has exceptional freeze space by fare.Hoping to get many years out of this fridge.
Didn't expect the door in door to be so handy. Drinks etc accessible without losing all the cold air from the fridge. Plus the height of these 3 shelves are adjustable.It's very convenient that the freezer door pockets fit loaves of bread. Ice maker so far good but haven't had it long enough to do any precautionary things which are recommended in the instructions.
