Outstanding picture and audio. I prefer the cinema picture setting. I opted for this product because I was pleased with my previous LG HD television, which is 11 years old. I haven't noticed any lighting issues like some other comments suggested. Maybe it's a matter of personal preference. Set up wasn't quite as intuitive as I expected, but eventually figured it out. I had some problems with Fed Ex delivery (Fed Ex apparently lost the product in the first delivery) but Wal Mart did a good job of correcting the problem. Better late than never.

I purchased this tv six weeks ago. I chose the nano cell because it had the best picture of all the televisions on display. The pros are: All of the apps that I watch are included on this TV as well as many more. There is also an LG channel feature broadcast by xumo. The Bluetooth remote is very convenient. All of the apps that I own are displayed in a menu at the bottom of the screen. The remote and features are user-friendly. It pairs with Alexa and my iPhone/iPad. The sound quality is pretty good, but not true sound-surround. There are several sound and picture selections. Customer service is great. I had a problem with the fit of the battery cover on the remote and they sent out a new remote which I received in about a week. The One big con is that the stand ... The One big con is that the stand doesn’t seem very sturdy—the tv isn’t kept stationary on the stand, which makes it difficult to maneuver. After I installed mine I checked the model in the store, and it was the same way so I know that I installed mine correctly. I’m very glad I chose this tv, I’d choose it again.

Fantastic picture! Can not believe the depths in the picture. It’s like 3D buildings and everything! Wow we are so impressed. It is so thin but still weighs a lot. We mounted on the wall. Everything so far works perfectly. Great deep sound quality. Don’t need sound bar. The base is astonishing. It’s a little expensive but we’ll worth getting. I was hesitant but the picture in the store was fantastic. Glad I bit the bullet and went for it on sale.

Found the (lack of printed) instructions a real disadvantage and struggled initially to set up the TV to play successfully. Managed to scan a QR code eventually and downloaded a linked PDF Manual which made things slightly clearer. Had real problems connecting with the (purchased at the same time) LG sound bar and after considerable effort with connecting and reconnecting HDMI Cables it now appears to work.I'm really not sure that the picture is as defined as my old set (Samsung) and appears sometimes to blur, especially in some close up pictures.I hate the home screen with 30 or so windows showing apps and other elements and I can't get the remote to fully control my Sky Q box for some reason. The TV is great, good clear picture and sound. The down side is the magic remote which at the age of 72 years I find very difficult to use, even my 42 year old IT tech son says the same!Do you have a remote that has a Pause / Fast forward / Fast rewind button to operate this fantastic TV?
Fist class picture in well lit scenes. 4k output impressive. Sound quality far better than I expected. First rate connectivity to streaming and catch up services. Surprisingly, a couple of major services are missing such as Kayo and Binge but these can be connected easily through Apple Air Play while streaming through the ipad so only a minor inconvenience. I thought I'd find the air wand remote control a bit of a gimmick but it turns out to be quite useful. Only downside overall is that in a darker scene which has a bright source in the picture the whole vertical section above and below that brighter spot becomes a bit grey instead of black like the surrounding areas. I suppose that's why people pay an extra couple of thousand dollars to buy an OLED.
I purchased this TV about a month ago, it's a nice screen with a fair picture. The problem is it has to be switched off every couple of day and disconnected from the power. It displays the message 'This app will now restart to free up more memory' I have followed the fix they recommend but it makes no difference as I have not downloaded anything, so clearing the browser as recommended is pointless. Returning the TV is not available as I ordered direct from LG and the facility to return is not available online.
After about 1 1/2 months with TV now it hasn't dazzled me quite like I wanted. First no user manual which is fine I suppose but what instructions were available were vague in providing information to access even if available so have been left trying to guess what to do and setup hasn't been easy. This made setup confusing and left me wondering if I was helping or hurting the TV. I even had to call LG directly for help while setting up the TV for the first time. Next, the HD isn't there. Not to say the TV isn't working and understanding that provided content streamed or broadcast to the TV may not be in 4K I am still left wondering if there is something I can do with the TV itself such as settings or calibration, etc. to improve the picture quality (see no user ... Not to say the TV isn't working and understanding that provided content streamed or broadcast to the TV may not be in 4K I am still left wondering if there is something I can do with the TV itself such as settings or calibration, etc. to improve the picture quality (see no user manual above) or that the TV may be defective. Guess I'll have to call LG again. Finally, the remote. One reason for this purchase was to hopefully reduce the number of remotes needed to watch what I wanted. That has not been the case. In purchasing a sound bar/wireless subwoofer package for the TV we had to disable the TV sound to prevent echoing which left us needing to use the remote supplied with the sound bar package. That's +1 for remotes. Also the TV remote is useless when trying to surf/change channels by entering a specific channel number or using the up/down channel arrow buttons because it defaults to input from over-the-air broadcasts which has very little in the way of selection. We had initially tried just watching content from our cable service through their "streaming" app which is difficult and inconvenient at best. Because of this we broke down and got a cable top box from the same cable provider to try to restore some level of convenience which has resulted in +1 remote as well. So now I'm using 3 remotes just to watch TV. We are trying to eliminate our Amazon Firestick remote but can't because we have HBO and Cinemax through Amazon and have't figured out how to transfer access to the HBO and Cinemax apps on the TV. This makes +4 remotes. Sure the response to that would be to get a universal remote, but that's another unexpected and unwanted expenditure to use this TV. I would only recommend tis TV to someone who is very tech savvy and already knows this stuff like the back of their hand.
I just bought this to replace a TV I really enjoyed but unfortunately touched the screen and broke it when adding Chromcast. I find the interface confusing and not intuitive. I find the screen very dark. I changed the settings including turning off power saving but it is still dark. I was watching This Week on Sunday and couldn’t watch the show. Everything in the background and especially the capitol building was pinkish. White backgrounds seem to confuse the processor. Some picture quality is awesome. If there is a lot of black it seems to work better. Also had some ghosting issues during the Super Bowl. First time that has happened in years. One other thing I dont like is the black bezel. About 2 weeks ago, the TV stopped turning on using the remote or power button. We have to unplug for 1 minute, hold the power button for 15 seconds, wait 10 seconds, then turn on w power button. The remotes work fine, including off. LG Support was not helpful, but gave us phone # for local service. They took the TV for a week, but said they couldn't duplicate issue. The TV is only 6 months old, and we still have the problem. We'll trade out power chords today to see if that fixes, but I'm feeling abandoned. BTW, the fix was easy to find by Google search, this us not an uncommon issue.
