Very pleased with my LG, it has strong suction, is comfortable to hold and use, easy to empty, and is very quiet. Handle comfort much better than No 1 competitor, and no need to hold a trigger. Brush roll doesn't collect hairs and suits both carpet and hard floor. The docking station charges both batteries and IMO, is easier to use than competitor's station. Spare battery and filter included is a bonus, and seals the deal.

I have been a dyson user for the past 10 years. I have had issues with my past 3 dysons, mostly battery issues. Refused to spend another cent on a Dyson , as my last on only lasted 18 months and inrefused to spend $149 for another battery. After doing some research and from 2 other peoples recommendations i purchased an LG.. BEST i have ever used. having a spare battery is a godsend as my old vac would give me about 5 mins on low and 2 on high. Ihavent even had to use the spare battery yet as i can do my entire single storey house on high. Secondly the suction is a lot better even on low, also not having to keep your finger on the unit to operate is a plus...overall i am so impressed with this unit. Extremely impressed with this vacuum! I’ve had a Dyson for the past four years and it was time for a change. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The suction of this vacuum is second to none. I thoroughly enjoy the freestanding charging station, second battery and all of the extras that comes with this vacuum. Another major selling point for me, was that this vacuum has an additional head that you can purchase which is purely for timber floors so no more scratches for us!Couldn’t recommend more!

This is our first modern stick-style vacuum cleaner, and the big attraction was the freedom from power cord hassles along with storage of the unit and accessories.We have not had the machine long, but so far, it does a great job with no fuss and is just so much quieter than the older style of bagged or bag-less machines.Storage of the machine and its accessories is another welcome change from previously used cleaners. The two nozzles and the second charged battery are held in easily accessed positions and are almost inconspicuous when the machine is in the chosen home position.Our long experience with other LG products has us thinking this new vacuum cleaner will prove to be an efficient and reliable addition to the necessities of household cleaning.
I watched and read many reviews on all different types of vacuums prior to buying this one. I have previously owned a Dyson and can say that this craps all over it for a quarter of the price. Love the 2 battery feature, the fact that you don't have to hold the trigger on when vacuuming and it less quiet but more powerful. I was going to get the aqua version but can buy the mop part separately and will save money doing it this way. Defs reccommend
I've had this unit for 2 months now and I'm satisfied with its performance so far. I've noticed that the plastic piece on the vacuum that you connect other cleaning tools too is made out of plastic that can easily break or chip if it's used by ppl with heavy hands. It's not an issue for me yet but when the kids go to use it and go to push the bits that click together thats when it will break. The battery life needs improvement and you can tell this by having an extra battery on hand. I went through a whole battery cleaning a small sedan.
So far I'm really happy with my LG A9N-PRIME stick vacuum cleaner. It was great value. It cleans well. Easy to wall mount or can be stored upright on the provided holder. It is great that it comes with a spare battery, can charge both batteries at once, and the battery is easy to swap out for another one. I also like that you can buy a mop attachment to use the vacuum to mop floors as well. The only reason I have not given 5 stars us because I want to see how it goes over a few months or a year or so.
I recently purchased an LG A9N-PRIME vacuum and I can say it has far exceeded my expectations. I previously owned a different popular brand stick vacuum until it died. But I am happy I went with the LG this time as no more running out of batteries when I'm almost finished vacuuming because with the LG not only does it have a bigger battery than my previous vacuum but it also has a second battery so I will never run out midway through vacuuming again. Additionally, the LG has a powerful suction that picks everything up and leaves nothing behind. I also like the vacuum stand charging station as it can fit almost anywhere which is so much more convenient than finding a place on a wall to hang it. I am very pleased with the LG and I would not hesitate to buy it again.

The best part is that it comes with a second battery pack so Im always able to complete tasks and not having to wait hours for the one battery pack to charge. The suction is ok in normal mode but prefer to use turbo to pick up the stubborn sand and dirt in carpet or car matts. This is the best vaccume Ive ever had. The back up battery is a god send, when one gets flat you just switch over! It has high power suction, turbo feature for carpets and it also works well on hard floors. Theres two optional connectors to use and it turns into a dust buster. Its also cord free so you have no limited cord issues anymore either. You can just vaccume anywhere you wish and with the swivel head you can get into tight spaces. The next model would have more advanced features /benefits but if your looking for easy to use vaccume appliance look no further you've found it!
