Great vacuum cleaner. The swivel head is great for getting under things. The roller design is smart as it doesn't fill with hair and need regular cleaning as was the case with our last Bosch and Dyson. The suction is good and I like the fact that it is variable. Most others are either normal or boost. We find it is very good on the staircase. As we have two small dogs in the house we vacuum every day. My only adverse comment is that it is not easy to get all the dust out from the top of the container. I see that the latest model has addressed that problem. Mind you both the Bosch and Dyson were more difficult.Overall we are very happy with the machine.

This thing is exactly as advertised. I can't believe how much dirt it picks up. To test it, I actually vacuumed the floor with a my old barrel vac and then did it again with the LG, and the waste bin was full from all the dirt and dust that was embedded into the carpet. The second battery is a lifesaver as well! It's the little things that make a product great. Something else that I loved when I unboxed this, was that there was a spare filter included in the package, which is really handy as a general backup.

We have a dog and were especially keen to read about how well the vacuum picks and and manages with dog hair.Reviews have been accurate regarding how well dog hair is vacuumed, however nothing is said about how the hair really gets stuck around the wheel axles on the hard floor tool within five minutes, and how you need to use a flat blade screw driver to get the wheels out and remove all the hair.The bin is easy to empty,the filter is easy to clean,the battery lasts really well,you can clean edges well, but the hair around the wheel axles drives me crazy.LG, can you have a think about this issue and do something about the hair around the wheels!!

This is a great little vacuum! For those that have never owned a stick vacuum, I highly recommend looking into it.After having done my research I found that the LG A9 line of vacuums best suited my need and price point. What sold me over the other major brands were the two included removable batteries, the use of a power button over a trigger and the included charging stand.After having used the A9 I can say that it's pretty quiet, light and maneuverable and the batteries last for a while in normal power mode.Highly recommended
I bought this 4 months ago. I have two rotties that drop hair like tumble weeds this picks it all up with ease, emptying is easy I just twist the filter out and all the dust etc drops into the bin easy pezzy. I love that you just grab and go takes the thinking and hassle out of vacuuming so it’s done so much more now, the stick height is easy to adjust, the attachments are easy to change and I love that you can store them on the stand. The two batteries are great for when we do a full house clean. The machine is easy to manoeuvre and give the option of reaching under beds etc. Love it.
Brilliant unit, the battery life surpassed my expectations and is light enough to pick up, clean kitchen messes and stick back in the dock without consideration. We have a lot of hardwood floors in our apartment, so I had considered the complete unit with the mop, however the increase in price meant it exceeded our budget.In hindsight, now knowing the overall quality of the unit, I do wish we had gone ahead with that option. Especially as there's seemingly no market for them after purchasing the unit.Highly recommend as a Dyson competitor. For the price you pay, it's the smart money, if even if you can't tell your friends you own a Dyson.
I am so happy I swapped a Miele stick Vacuum for this LG Cord Zero. This LG one comes with 2 batteries that charge at the same time. There's a quality stand that doesn't need wall mounting. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. Works as it should and exceeds expectations. I am in love this vacuum! If you're looking for a reliable vacuum in this category, go for this one!
I previously had a Dyson stick vacuum which I was forever having to pull apart the head as it was get stuff clogged up . I persevered for 18 months and thought this is ridiculous having to spend more time fixing this appliance that actually using it ! I was so dissatisfied with a stick vacuum I was convinced to go back to a old tried and tested cord vacuum.Whilst out shopping for a new vacuum I came across a the LG I was so impressed it had its own stand and 2 rechargeable batteries. The sales man did the demo on its power and I was sold. To say I love it is a understatement. I have not had to clear the heads in the whole time I have owned it. It’s brilliant I have 2 dogs and the suction power is amazing .
I have had my stick vac since May and have found its cleaning powers wonderful even on my old carpets. However I am having a problem with it blocking. I clean the filters regularly as detailed in the instructions but now find after 2 cleans the exhaust filter still appears to be blocked. Does this mean I need to purchase a new filter. Dissappointing irt the original cost of this vacuum. My old Electrolux lasted 5 years before problems and it was 25% the price.
