Loving my new vacuum - excellent suction across multiple floor types including timber hardwood, carpets and ceramic tiles. The turbo function is truly turbo, and so is the battery life! Having preciously been a loyal Dyson buyer, the battery life doesnt compare. I really enjoy the push button start and not having to hold the trigger the whole time. Spare battery also handy for extra large floor areas, though we have a large home and havent had the need of the second battery yet. Overall, excellent product.

I already own an excellent water vacuum cleaner. the defect is that it has the power cable, but above all that when needed it takes time to assemble it, fill it with water and above all, after use, perform all the steps to clean it. I bought this LG because is wireless, usable as soon as needed, easy to empty and clean. In my house I have wooden floors, tiles and carpets, it works well with everyone. it is light enough to be used for a reasonable amount of time without sore wrists. the two batteries save you the hassle of waiting to charge one. the shortened version is essential for cleaning the car. The moral a good buy.

Very handy vacuum that comes with a good array of attachments including the fluffy roller head for hardwood floors. I love the sturdy stand it comes with, which doesn't take up much floorspace. Having two batteries is also a big plus if doing larger cleans or using the turbo mode for a deeper clean. Bin size surprisingly hasn't been an issue due to the ability to compress the debris on the go. The suction is ok on the medium power setting, which is what I use most of the time, however for a really good clean on carpet you will need to use the turbo mode which eats up the battery in about 7mins (fortunately you have two though). The collection bin is fabulous and with the compression lever it can pack a bit, roughly two bins a house which is great. The construction is robust as I did drop it a couple of times without any dramas. My neighbour has the very expensive popular brand stick vacuum and he found this one so much better. Then i tried it, it was light, had a big bin, had its own stand, had a compresser, so i thought why not. I took it home and i absolutely love it. I threw out all of my heavy dysons, which i was sick of replacing batteries every 2 years. The LG is light, has 2 batteries but have not really needed to use the second one. I do my whole double story house with 4 bedrooms in 20mins, compress it and continue and make only 1 trip to the bin at the end. Does what it is meant to do, vacuums well. A good variety of attachments. Twin battery charging is great, both are supplied. Can compact debris. Easy and light to use, gets around corners with ease. The stand doesn’t have a place to store the carpet head or the tile head conveniently. The placement of the exhaust (top circle of head) tends to blow it in your face at times but is well filtered. The ThinQ integration isn’t so smart, it keeps fully charging the battery instead of letting it discharge a bit even if you only use it for a few seconds. This shortens the life of the battery and also gives you an annoying notification in the app saying it’s charged. I get around it by leaving the stand off at the wall until at least 1 battery is fully discharged.
