As someone who likes to keep organised with storage containers, the LG Door-In-Door is a great choice. It has plenty of compartment space to store bottles, sauces and jars. What I love about this fridge is the compartment space. The freezer has separate compartments and even door slots. Great if you want to separate meat with other things like ice cream and frozen baby food. The fridge has good lighting (on the front side) and is whisper quiet. The surround cooling system also keeps things consistently cool in all areas. The Door-In-Door is designed so that you get extra storage. Not a deal breaker, but it would be good if the items can be accessed both ways. There are no obvious handles so it makes the entire design look sleek. Though if you’re used to opening/closing the doors from the side, make sure your fingers don’t get caught between the doors because it hurts. It would be nice if the freezer compartments could be locked or not so easily accessible by young kids. Also, you can’t put magnets up – a little bummed about our Santa photo. But I think most modern fridges are like that and LG must’ve designed it with that intention to create less clutter. Overall, great choice for a fridge with lots of compartment. Can always expect quality from the LG brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this to replace a 15 year old double door side by side fridge. Love the way it looks. Instanty modernised my kitchen. So much better than the side by side, I can actually see everything in the fridge as soon as I open the door. Love the fact that the plumbed in ice and water dispensers are in the door and don’t take up any fridge space. We actually bought 2, one for us and one for my daughter and son in laws new house as well. LG fridges also have really good ratings from Choice. It’s a winner!

Love this fridge. storage - very spacious, neatly designed and functional door-in-door- great feature giving you access to things you use frequently however this along with the water dispenser reduces the space on the doors Ice- you've got an option between cubed and crushed ice which is very convenient however the ice does tend to run out but I think the fridge adjusts the amount based on how much has been previously used. Overall this fridge is fantastic for any household. The door-in-door is convenient to store your frequently used drinks or products and gives you the ease of accessing them without having to open the entire fridge up. I love the ice and crushed ice options especially for those warm days however I didn't realise the water dispenser only provides filtered water and not cold water but this isn't a big issue. I would suggest that LG make the shelves on the doors a little wider to fit larger jars as this space is a bit limited in terms of what can be stored there. However overall, the fridge has lots of space, looks great and is easy to use.
LG fridge purchased from Harvey Norman. Great fridge and very quiet operation compared to cheaper brands. Plenty of storage and the separate doors make it easy to access everything without loosing cold air. Storage pockets in the freezer doors are very convenient. Water and ice dispenser great for a hot day!
This is a great fridge freezer. It looks nice, the ice and water functions are great and the additional space trays inside the doors are a good feature. It’s a good size for our family of four. We also found the door in door feature useful as well for regular items. It’s an expensive item but the price is comparable with similar fridge freezers from other brands.
We are family of four (soon to be 5) and this fridge is perfect for my family! The instaview feature is great for my kids as they love checking whats inside. This way, they dont have to keep opening it which saves electricity. The water and ice feature is our favorite. So convenient and easy for the kids to make their own cold drinks now. I like all the space and storage plus i noticed it make my veggies stay fresh longer. The design is so modern and sleek. I like that its finger print resistant too plus the texture and design on the side which is not shown in the photos i guess. I highly recommend this fridge.
Just bought one second hand only 2yrs old. It has the WiFi on it. I have to ask Wi TF for? All it is for is to adjust temp settings. At least the video of the woman using the app made me laugh my head off. Seriously WHY HAVE IT? I get the new ones with a camera to see inside the fridge off your phone but this was just a gimmicky add on from LG. Apart from that it is a nice looking fridge. I give it 2 and a half stars. It loses 2 stars for putting the wifi on it just to charge more for another useless app on your phone. At release price of over $5000+ AUD I find it hard to justify value for money for this fridge.
Water and ice - cubed and crushed on the door is very handy. You don't have to open the freezer all the time - which has heaps or room including door shelves. The fridge has so many great features including the small door access and the ice machine does not take any real space away. We absolutely love it! Thanks Appliances Online for a great price! Terrific delivery staff who installed the water etc for us.
