But best of all Im enjoying ice cubes with my scotch & Pepsi,,, The fridge compartment has plenty of space too,, I give no thought to playing Tetris with items as I put them in the fridge,, & girlfriends child loves the fridge as well, plenty of room to hide & good place to hide too on these 30deg. days . Feeling like Ive finally upgraded myself into the 1980s loving ... Great size fridge for 2 people that has a stainless steel finish on the outside. It also has a slim plug for those tight spaces. Good lighting and cooling on the inside with an Ice tray that can be removed and does free up a huge chunk of the freezer space. A quiet fridge that has a 4 Star Energy Rating with 10-Year Linear Compressor Warranty.
Fits nicely in my apartment kitchen, the silver finish is stylish and doesn't attract fingerprints at all. Works well, was cold quickly after setting up. It's spacious inside, I wish the shelves were a little more customisable or that there was an additional door shelf on the bottom for small bottles but that's a nit pick.The LG 10 year compressor warranty is a bonus, overall very happy with this fridge!
It's definitely a fridge. Good size, Freezer could do with being a bit deeper, similar to the slightly larger models, but if you're constrained by small fridge hutches then this will definitely do the job (if it fits). The door cooling feels a bit gimmicky but seems to do its job, but then if the door is closed the whole fridge should be cold anyway.
Bought refrigerator unseen because I needed it immediately but would not buy again. Glass shelving very thin glass. The opening of crisper drawer is on the bottom section. no light in freezer section. wine bottle fits in bottom door shelf but topples when opening fridge, needs to lay on shelf. fridge door stays open (my other fridge closed automatically). needs another shelf on door. Had to put liner on feet - when opening fridge the whole fridge would move.
My LG 315L fridge is a good size for 1 or 2 people and is nice and quiet. It looks good although darker than I expected. The down side....the spot to pull out vege crisper is at the bottom of the drawer which is annoying. Also there is no light in the freezer and the fridge wobbles and does not have winding feet to stabilise it so have had to use a piece of cardboard under the foot. Please LG tweek these little issues and it will be a fabulous little fridge.
It was a bit smaller than I had envisaged but is adequate for me. I like the ice making set up. My only concern is that it was not set up for the door to close properly so swings open then will not close easily. I can't move the adjustable feet. The people who delivered were great and even came back when the fridge did not start at first.
This fridge is built well for its purpose nice and cold plus the ice-maker in freezer is nice feature. The downsize of this fridge is that there is no light in the freezer, the fridge door doesn't swing back to close by itself (needs a little touch to help it close), and there are no closed compartments you could store medications, butter, etc. This fridge is suitable for singles, a couple, or a small family. I bought this fridge from Good Guys because they priced matched this fridge to another competitor (whose price included delivery and removal of previous fridge - which Good Guys also matched).
