The product does what its meant to, having to call them to actually get someone to ship it after a week of paying for express shipping was beyond annoying

You can't use this AND have a heatsink at the bottom of the case. Don't do what I did and waste $99

The riser card kit for the 0011DXL was my solution to having a RTX2080Ti, and then a reservoir blocking the way. Suffice to say, the card wouldn't fit with my res.Enter the riser kit, it allowed me to install the card up against the glass panel. This did restrict airflow and increase card temps, but I managed to install the card in the riser closer to the motherboard and away from the glass panel without too much trouble.
