the wings don't really help the pad keep in place plus not really absorbent even for regular flow. Libra should really look at Always thin pads which are excellent in comfort and absorbency

These are so hard to find but they’re my personal favourite pad. It’s great that I could find them here! Barely any brands do no wings and these are my favourite to reduce irritation.
