I have been taking the Reishi extract for about a week, mixed with my tea at night before bed. It does have quite a strong mushroom smell but the taste is fairly neutral. I have noticed a slight change in my quality of sleep. I seem to be falling asleep quicker and am experiencing a much deeper, less interrupted sleep cycle. Overall, I am pleased with the results thus far, but will continue to take it to hopefully feel the full benefits of this powerful elixir. My only criticism, is with the design of the dropper (the part that you squeeze in order to draw the liquid) it is way too small, there is not enough air in the tip and the suction is very weak, I have to use the dropper 4 times in order to get the correct dosage, and even then it’s hard to get an accurate ... I've stopped taking it because I was told its to help me sleep and i have no problem with that.I am suffering from terminal pancreatic cancer with secondaries in my liver and lungs, your products were recommended to me, but I have no way of assessing their efficacy. I did ask Cha at one stage if she could tell me which of your products would probably be most relevant in my case but I never heard back. I don't imagine this review would be of any use for promotion of your products, sorry!!!

I suffer from chronic sleep anxiety and insomnia. I've tried melatonin, valerian, cbd oil and combinations of them with inconsistent results. Since my son started me on the reishi mushroom extract (I take it in comb with melatonin), I have to say it's help me with my sleep quality! I've had more consistent good night's sleep, more deep sleep time which I hardly get previously. So thank you Life Cykel for this!! BTW: I just would like to say to the LifeCykel team to improve on the dropper design/make so that one pump will fill up to the 1Ml mark instead of only 0.75ml. Many thanks.

Being in lockdown in Melbourne has been so stressful and I found myself unable to sleep, waking up multiple (understatement) times during the night. I was skeptical at the start so just bought the smaller bottle, but after about two weeks of taking 2ml straight under the tongue before bed I started to notice I would go to sleep then wake up in the morning without waking up even once during the night! I honestly still can’t even believe I’m sleeping through the whole night without waking up. I don’t have issues falling asleep, but staying asleep is the issue and I will definitely keep going with this. Feel so much more rested after a full night sleep.
I love this one. I’ve had a couple of the biohacking boxes before but this is the one tincture I keep coming back to. It really helps calm my mind and keep me grounded. I have a tendency towards anxiety and this is one of my go-to daily remedies. I take it in water usually as the taste taking it straight it pretty full on (not bad just like a brandy or sherry). Love it and will keep buying again!
Reishi is something that calms me down on a different, more natural level. If I know I'll have a hectic day in the kitchen (I'm a chef), I'll take it before going to work. And same after sparing session, when I know I won't be able to sleep good, I take Reishi before going to bed. However, I don't take it every day. I think you can develop tolerance to its strongest effects. 2-3 times a week works for me just excellent.
Reishi is my favourite extract that I've tried so far. It relaxes me so much. If I'm feeling anxious/stressed or just having an off day, reishi resets me and makes me feel really nice and chilled. I've been sleeping better since taking it in combination with Lion's mane. Looking forward to trying some of your other extracts 😄🍄
My daughter gave me this for my birthday and I found it immediately calming. I slept well and felt CALM (Not my usual irritable self) and I liked it!! So I have continued to use this product for 5 months now. I highly recommend.
