The package (including the seal) came intact and it gives the general impression of a quality product.As I understand, the vitamin E is made from soybeans, but a Non-GMO sign suggests that these soybeans were not GMO and also the soybean oil in question was highly refined and purified soybean oil and that there is no FDA-requirement to list soy as an allergen in such cases.All in all, I consider the cost-to-benefit ratio of this product good.

An acceptable formulation of mixed tocopherols which includes mostly gamma tocopherol with a low dose of alpha tocopherol. However, they should state exactly how much gamma tocopherol is in the mix. Many will think there’s 360 mg of gamma tocopherol but really it’s 360 mg of mixed tocopherols of which is mostly gamma tocopherol. It could be viewed as deceptive that they don’t plainly disclose how much is actually gamma tocopherol.

I read from another manufacturer that gamma-tocopherols include a natural balance of tocopherols and tocotrienols. I hope Life Extension does the same. Since there is no information on this on the product box, I can only trust that the product contains all 8 forms in the most appropriate proportion.Trusting in this, I will take it throughout the summer due to its excellent antioxidant effect. The soft gelatin capsules are easy to swallow and I usually take them right before or after the main meal.If you found it useful, please don't forget to like it.

I don't recall if I've ever made a wrong decision with Life Extension, this product is simply superb. Great packaging that lets you know it's safe to take as it's wrapped in plastic so no one has been tempering with it before. Capsule size is decent and most importantly it's a mix of both toco and other calciferols so you are getting the whole spectrum. rather than one single subtstance. Love it, will buy again. There is no aftertaste, quality is perfect.

Softgel from new batch (Oct 2023) of LE Gamma E looks nothing like softgel from about a year ago, color is not reddish anymore, but yellow just like ordinary vitamin E. This suggests there is very little tocotrienols. Bottle/cap has slightly different design, but description is the same, which simply cannot be true. Toco-sorb from Jarrow has nice red color and looks very similar to old batch LE Gamma E.
I purchased this Vitamin E by mistake. I usually get Super E which has 268mg of d-alpha tocopherol and it was my go-to for Vitamin E. In a rush to complete the order, I added Gamma E to my shopping cart and did not find out about it until I opened the box. When I compared the ingredients, Gamma E contains only 30.15 mg of d-alpha tocopherols, compared to 268 mg in Super E. It also contains sunflower oil, which is a refined omega 6 seed oil and when consumed can create inflammation. As someone with chronic inflammatory diagnosis, unfortunately, Gamma E is not for me. I gave a 2-star only because some people may find a mix of tocopherols and tonotrienols as suitable for them, whereas for my health purposes, Super Vitamin E suits better.
I take Gamma-E to lower my chronic brain and endothelial / BBB inflammation due to CFS. As an added bonus, it also has an antiaging ekkefct on my skin. Most Gamma-E's on the market are made from soy. However, I dont get any reeaction from this one, so it likely does not contain any soy allergens anymore due to proper refining/filtering.
