Our air quality in many areas leaves a lot to be desired. The anti-inflammatory properties in this product should help to offset the damaging effects of environmental pollution. Well worth a try to keep my body healthy!

The capsules are easy to swallow and not too large. The recommended serving is one per day, but it doesn't specify whether or not it should be taken with a meal. One thing I like is that the bottle has a convenient flip cap for easy dispensing.Another perk is that the product is made in the USA and it's gluten free and Non-GMO. I haven't had any negative side effects, so now I'm just waiting to see if I will benefit from the product. The bottle contains a 30 days supply, but I'm not sure how long it takes to see any type of results.

These are easy to take capsules. There is a bit of flavor and I prefer to take them with food to avoid stomach upset. I also like to ask my doctor if the supplements I take will interfere with my meds at all. I can't say for sure these helped me but they are worth consideration. I also think they are a good brand and have taken several products from the company and felt good about them. They are reasonably priced for supplements.

The capsules are a size that are easy to swallow, and there is no taste or after-taste either. It's difficult to measure the effectiveness of the Life Extension Healthy Lungs Lung Support Supplement if you don't experience any appreciable change in lung function. Does it work? - It's hard to tell. There's a current buzz about saffron and Boswellia Serrata as being anti-inflammatory. I would have expected relief from other inflammatory issues (joint pain) after taking this, but I did not have any. I measure my nighttime O2 levels, and I have to say that they are 1% higher than my usual percentage after taking this supplement for about 3 weeks.
As with all supplements (or most at least), time will tell if they're doing what they're supposed to. The only way to tell would be with regular testing but so far, so good. This has some great ingredients in it but things like saffron which can help in loosening up phlegm from the throat and the lungs is also marketed as good for the eyes as it can help slow macular degeneration So, we'll see I guess. It can't hurt to give this a shot though
So I've taken healthy lungs vitamins and usually within a few days you cough up anything lying in your lungs. I work in tobacco and even though I don't smoke I'm breathing it in all day. After taking these for a week my lungs never did their usual clean out so I'm not sure how well they're actually working. They're easy to swallow capsules that don't really have much smell or taste so that's why the 3 stars but for a lung cleaning I don't know if they're doing much.
Who doesn't want healthy lungs? If a simple supplement would help, I'm all in. Wouldn't dare to review the effectiveness of this - but I can tell you it goes down easy, doesn't taste weird and has no intestinal effects (on me, at least). Nothing weird in the ingredients - didn't feel weird ingesting something strange. I'll take for the full 30 days. If something dramatic changes, I'll update this review.
