This is so so so much better in terms of nutrient content and quality than other commercial multivitamins. Each pill is quite big though, so if you have gag reflex like me, it might take some getting used to. The recommended daily dose is 8 tablets but my nutrition program recommended only 3 since I am also taking other supplements. I take 3 tablets in the morning (one at a time, each with spoonful of food haha) and it's really effective in boosting my immune system (my cough went away only after 1-2 days) and also in boosting my energy for the day. Expect your urine though to be bright yellow because of the B complex :P
