I've been using this supplement for 3 years now daily, taking it before work. I've experimented between days taking this and not and the difference is obvious. When I take this supplement, words connect better at work and I'm top of my game. Days that I don't, it feels hazy and I struggle to come up with the best ideas. Definitely a fixed supplement for life!

I have done a lot of research on the nootropics and found that there is wide variation, and cost, in the various preparations. Most have a B-complex component, which I already take, so didn't need that. Other than the B vitamins, several of the pricey nootropics ($49-69 per/mo) contained 150mg of bacopa , as did this supplement. So, I started with this formula and found that it really helped with daily clarity on the small things which I perceived as taking longer to recall. I also felt it lifted a bit of a foggy feeling. When I ran out of my first bottle, I felt like those same feelings came back and, again, disappeared when I reordered and started taking QBN again. This is a rare supplement that achieves the result it claims.

Life Extension's products have never been disappoitment to me and neither is this. Very effective ingredients with standardized extracts that have multiple benefits for the brains. This product combains Bacopa with Gotu kola which I like very much because they have synergistic benefits for the brain health when used together. I will most definately buy this product again in the future.

Interesting and effective!

For me, it works in rather subtle ways. The benefit it provides is to make my thinking goes faster and able to be like when I was younger, able to simultaneously handle more streams of information. However, because you think faster or because it is me, I can respond or write email and send it out before I think is it wise to do so. There is less "road bumps".Takes about 2 consecutive days of dosages before it becomes effective. The size is a fine and not too big; I usually take 2 more different nootropics in combo and have no issue in swallowing.I will use it on days when I'm busy or need to be "smooth" in thinking and operational.

This product is OK

After trying Life Extension's Quick Brain Nootropic, I'm still on the fence. I can't say there's been a dramatic shift in my mental clarity, but I've certainly felt a slight improvement. I'm open to the idea that the effects might become more pronounced over time, so I'm definitely inclined to continue giving this product a chance. Overall, the product quality is good, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it works for me in the long run.

gotu feel great! this will give you that great. it's a spicy little friend that can increase soothing GABA in the brain, enhance concentration and focus and even improve your gut. depending on the person it can do even more. marigold extract I only have vague hopes for, but if life extension standardized it and included it I trust it - they actually care about the industry and have some really nice research so you can feel like a nutritional expert from home!
