The capsules are a nice small size making them easy to swallow. I notice a difference in my digestion taking these - for example, I sometimes get stuffed up and get inflamed when I eat gluten, but taking probiotics like this helps me be able to enjoy a cookie here and there with fewer digestive issues. Looking forward to using this more. Because gut health impacts mental health, I think it will help beat the winter blues this season too.

I'm giving this product a five star because I think it actually works and it's good for my health. It was an okay product but i definitely would have had to use it longer to see the real results. What I know for now is that this product is easy to carry, it taste nothing strange. I'm a vegetarian, and this product is vegetarian friendly. Also, it has improved my sleep to a certain extent. I'm not sure if it is the effect of this product, but I haven't changed my eating or living habits during this period of time.

I have suffered with constipation, diarrhea, and bloating in my GI track for years. I've been taking this probiotic for a bit over two weeks and my issues are heaps better. The first few days were noticable. I had gurgling in my stomach and it definitely got things moving. By the third to fourth day everything balanced out and it's been easy going ever since. I bought this product for my friend's recommendation. They have the strains of bacteria that have been proven to help in weight loss, within reason of course. I've recently cut sugar out of my diet and have been losing weight. Not sure how much these help with that but I've been taking them a while and I feel like before with all the junk I was eating they didn't even have a fighting chance to work. They may be making it easier for me to lose weight paired with my better diet. I take one daily in the evening.

I have been taking this supplement daily, so far so good. It is over expectation. I haven't noticed any adverse reactions and it did improve my stomach condition. The taste is decent and easy to swallow. As for the weight loss part, I don’t notice a huge difference, but I guess it needs a long term use. So far everything is good anyway. I'm always taking probiotics at any given time, and I have been switching up brands when I'm out of a bottle. This particular time I ran out and started this, but I also started a round of antibiotics and I know it's crucial to take probiotics when you take them. I started by taking one pill with every one of my prescription pills. I haven't noticed any side effects. (I bumped it up to a couple with each antibiotic since I didn't think it was enough) They have been keeping me regular. If you are new to probiotics you might have a little bit of symptoms in the beginning with gas and bloating, but in time that will go away. Also make sure if you are an allergic to dairy that you are taking supplements that don't have that in it. No complaints here.

It definitely does not seem to be as strong as other probiotics. The price of this formula is a little high to me but it does have a 2 month supply. I came across this product while I was browsing online aimlessly. Didn’t have too much expectation for this product, but I decided to give it a try since I had been frustrated with the weight I had put on over the last couple of years. To my surprise though, after taking it for a while, I started to receive compliments from friends saying that I seemed slimmer. Nothing else really changed in my diet, and I haven’t had any side effects or discomfort with those capsules. I’m going to continue taking it since I’ve witnessed changes within myself and hope it brings me more surprises.

I have numerous stomach issues. I have a very sensitive gut, and often get bloated but since incorporating these probiotics into my daily routine, I noticed I don’t get the annoying bloating anymore and overall I feel way less pain in my stomach. I also noticed my I’ve been not craving as much junk food I used to before which allows me to eat cleaner. Overall, these might be one of the best probiotics I’ve ever tried! I would definitely recommend it!
