I have been taking this women's probiotics for a while. I can definitely feel the changes, especially during summertime when the weather is hotter and sweating more easily; if the gurls want to improve their vaginal health. I will recommend this product to them. It's critical to protect your own intimated part. I did googled this product's highlighted strains: Lactbacillus rhamnosus GR-1 & Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14. They do have clinical evident supports its function, that's why I start trying this Life-space product.

When people hear the word probiotic, we think of the ones that help intestinal flora. This probiotic is targeted for vaginal health. I've been using these about a month now and it works exactly as described in the listing. The capsule is very easy to swallow. No need for refrigeration, however i store these inside of a ziplock in the fridge to ensure bioactivity. They are also Vegetarian friendly! Very pleased with this and recommend trying it if you are having any of the symptoms this is intended to assist with.

These probiotics help my tummy issues. They keep me regular and prevent gas. I also haven't had any yeast infections since using them, but that could be unrelated as it's not usually an issue for me. They are easy to swallow. 1 pill per serving, so a bottle has a full 2 month supply. There's a good variety of probiotic strains in these. No refrigeration needed. The bottle says to use within 3 months of opening and to keep under 86 degrees.

The ingredients: L. crispatus lbv88, L. plantarum |1001, L. reuteri (RC-14®), L. rhamnosus (GR-1®), L. rhamnosus lbv96, L. gasseri LBV 150 N are the right mix for my internals (digestive, UT, vaginal) and it definitely seems to help and I’ve had a noticeable shift in terms of how I feel and a reduction in typical symptoms that I normally have. I love the profile of this new probiotic for women’s health. It has a new lactobacillus strain found in healthy vaginal micro biome called lactobacillus crispatus. Also includes lactobacillus plantarum, reuteri, 2 types of rhamnosus, and gasseri: 6.3 billion CFU. I appreciate probiotics that are geared towards my gender specifically. This one is made in Australia. No refrigeration required, but use it up within 3 months. Personally, I store my probiotics in the fridge for longer shelf life and take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This one just says to take one a day with water. The only negative is that it contains maize starch which is corn starch for those who are allergic or sensitive to corn. It’s a 2-month supply. Recommend.

I have had a lot of yeast and urinary tract infections over the years and have been over prescribed antibiotics. My body is just worn down and prone to re-occuring infections now. I decided to give these a try to help build up the flora in my body. My doctor has told me to get probiotics and just stick with them. These are great and only require one a day with water. Easy to remember and easy to swallow. Great product, my body is feeling great and no re-occurence so far! Will continue to take.

I was actually recommended by my dear friend from overseas. My friend found this company when she traveled to AU. She was raving about this company and their products ever since the trip. So I was curious then I tried.. Overall, I like this product! I can tell that my stomach is noticeably comfortable especially in the mornings. Also,I noticed my vaginal health was proven as well. I like the glass container packaging and the desiccant was neat looking, great quality as well. I don’t see many of those in the states. If you’re looking for a product that’s helpful for vaginal health + probiotic product, this product would be useful.

I really like that you can buy supplements that target specific areas of the body. Microflora is so important to keep us healthy. Any time that I've had antibiotics, there's a risk of throwing off the balance in some area by killing off the good bacteria.It sounds kind of funny to talk about vaginal flora but it's no joke to get a yeast infection in the "lady parts" as they are quaintly called by those who don't want to use medical terms.I was glad to find this supplement to boost that area of my body.
