The M4 is also very, very quiet. You can have a conversation while walking, watch TV, it doesn't dominate the room.My one critique is that when walking on it, it can shimmy a bit under foot, so you'll notice your phone wobbling while walking. It's probably just my weight and it will probably be less noticeable as I lose more.I found when reading for reviews that basically none existed so I thought I'd write this to help others. No regrets.PS. I'm waiting to find out if the lifespan wireless heart rate monitor integrates with this unit, Ill update this review when I find out.

Really good, and came quickly delivered 180kg weights, try get that in your front door, just needs head phone jack or phone jack would be good 👍
