I have conflicting feelings about this particular perfume. Overall I like it on the first spray but it does wearing to something a bit more powdery which is odd given that it is a citrus fragrance to begin with. I wouldn’t say that it smells bad but it’s just a bit of an odd combination of notes that is coming through on my skin. Overall if your skin tends to pull the powderiness out of fragrances that I would say he will probably end up with a relatively pleasant citrus based powder on your skin in a few hours after application. If you’re looking for a place and slightly sweet citrus with a powdery finish then that’s my definitely be your jam. It’s a very popular fragrance so you’ll probably smell them quite a few people out there

Probably the most popular fragrance among women. Known and liked. I don't know a person who wouldn't like it. The scent is fresh, citrus perfect for summer, although I use it all year round. The composition of lemon, apple and bell is delicate, juicy and charming. A fragrance for every woman. Both for fans of fresh and more sweet fragrances. It is a unique fragrance of this brand that does not age. I heartily recommend. A great gift idea. Persistent fragrance. 10/10 Released in 2001.

This is one of the most popular scents out there and I expect nothing short of luxury scents when it comes to DG. However, I found this one to be ubiquitous and simple - to be found anywhere. I’m giving 3 stars because it’s still a pleasant scent, it’s clean and subtle. But again, nothing special. I still wear it on occasion and I do get compliments. I absolutely love this scent. It's pretty hard to explain but it is for women that like subtle and light smells. It just has a very clean sense about it. I'm not very good at describing sense, but it is my go-to. It is appropriate for day or night. My oldest son even has the man's version and that smells awesome as well. This is something I've been wearing for years and this year I got it for my daughter for Christmas. She always says every time she smells it it reminds her of me so surprised now you get to smell like me. Lol

I got a perfume sampler kit with this in it! It is such a beautifully clean / citrus scent that seriously takes you on a journey. At first I HATED this scent because it smelled like alcohol but as it settled into my skin it took me on a long journey. After the initial smell of alcohol (similar to most perfumes) it smelled like vanilla, then orange, then a sweet floral sent then a beautifully clean crispy somehow warm and floral and just all around gorgeous scent for the summer! I fell in love to say the least. I did not end up choosing this scent because for me personally it is a perfect summer/ spring scent and I was looking for an all- year perfume. When spring comes around, I will happily purchase.

The top notes are Sicilian Lemon, Apple, Cedar and Bellflower; middle notes are Bamboo, Jasmine and White Rose; base notes are Cedar, Musk and Amber. Dolce Gabbana Light blue is a casual and breezy, sparkling fruity-floral scent. When I first spray it, I can really smell the citrus. It has notes of Jasmine when it settles along with cedarwood, musk amber. I don't really smell the green apple accord white roses as much, but they do linger in the background. I think this is a light, crisp scent that would be great for Spring or Summer. It lasts for about 2-3 hours on me, so if I want a touch up, I just do one more spritz. i was super excited to this perfume in the mail and when i smelled it for the first time, i really liked the citrusy, lemon/lime notes that i was getting. it was really nice and refreshing, and then the perfume sets in on your skin and then sets into a more floral yet still fresh smell. however, i did find that the smell throughout the day gave me a bit of a headache. also, you really can’t smell the perfume off other people. i asked my friend to tell me about the perfume and she said it smelt of dish soap which i could actually understand. in my opinion, it’s a nice fresh smell that’s perfect for the summer although it kind of does smell like dish soap, but i don’t recommend wearing too much of it.

I was really looking forward to trying this because of all the positive reviews/people saying it’s their signature scent, etc. I purchased a deluxe size sample in a kit (from Shoppers) so I had lots of opportunity to test this and see how it worked with my skin chemistry. I enjoyed the opening - you definitely smell the lemony citrus. Then enters the cedar/musk. Suddenly the pretty citrus turns into lemon Pledge sprayed on a dusty cabinet. The drydown really ruins this scent for me, I couldn’t pass it along fast enough. Definitely better options from DG besides this one.
