I use this similarly to how I use the Elgato Streamdeck on my computer. It is incredibly powerful and with decent research and trial-and-error, you can make it do what ever you need it to do. It's like buying an iPhone after owning a Nokia 3310.

It's pretty obvious zZounds sold this knowing it was defective. And since it's blemished the warranty is void through Line 6. The estimated cost to repair it is $225, so far more than I saved by not buying it brand new. So be very cautious buying an open box, blemished or demo model as there will be no warranty past the 45 day return window.

Overall:I just got the hx stomp xl about 2 months ago and it is killer. The installed presets have a few good ones, but you can get tons of free ones on the line 6 website. My headrush gigboard is now collecting dust in the corner now. I can't quit playing this thing. If you want phenomenal tone, without paying $1500 or more this is it.
