I've been a gigging musician for 40 years and this thing is a game-changer. I've always loved a great tube amp (still do) but in my current gigging situation (as a singleact) it makes more sense to go direct to the sound system. I've been thru a number of amp simulators and they never felt right. This is the first one I've run across that actually does what it claims. I still use my regular pedal rack, feed it to the POD, then straight to the system. The tone is terrific and it feels like a tube amp. I highly recommend this product.

… I pretty quickly ran into the limitations of packing so much into one pedal. For example; you can’t dial in a quick slap-back delay. You can’t adjust the level of delay repeats in the mix - adding more gives you more repeats but also more volume. The chorus at its lowest level is too strong. But these are all complaints coming from someone who owns other gear that can do all these things. For someone starting out this pedal is an awesome and easy to use introduction to guitar effects. As for me, I kept it for a week and then listed it for sale.

For a part-time bassplayer like me, this is an amazing little box of tricks. For the price it's just unbeatable IMO. I run my bass into this and then direct to the desk. It offers a great array of sounds and once you learn how it works the controls are pretty intuitive. I am also using it with an external footswitch (two switches) which enable me to engage/bypass the various effects. It has an in built tuner and tap tempo .... Certainly beats carrying around a bass amp/cabinet. Currently there is no PC based application to edit/set-up sounds, but rumour has it that Line 6 has one in the works. If when that comes out it will complete the package.
