I originally wanted to buy the original ACDelco Diesel Fuel Treatment for my Chevrolet Colorado. Unfortunately, this product was not available anywhere in Thailand. That's why I asked Liqui Molly whether the Diesel Engine System Cleaner was available in Thailand. The answer was no, I could use Diesel Purge instead. According to the print on the can, you could pour the contents directly into the tank, as a kind of prophylaxis. However, videos showed that the contents should enter the engine directly via the fuel line. This activity can hardly be carried out by a layperson - it is something for car mechanics. In short, I poured the contents into the tank. Result: no noticeable change whatsoever, so money wasted. Shipping very fast, goods well packaged.

Ive used this product many times in my Diesel Lexus. Always gives good results and improves power. Although to keep a Diesel engine free of carbon you should always use a good quality oil and the correct grade thats compatible with your engine. This along with a good quality diesel fuel additive like Liqui Moly super diesel you should keep your engine and DPF clear and exhaust smoke free. Definitely recommend this product as part of the multiple things you should do to keep a Diesel engine carbon free....

I used this on a 30 year old Ducato motorhome 2.5l normally aspirated engine. I made up a temporary tank from a 750ml Morrisons storage pot with feed and return tubing popped through holes in the top and added a cheap inline filter on the return. Ran the engine until warm and swapped over the lines to the vehicle tank and replaced with my pot filled with Moly. Engine started immediately and I ran at differing speeds for about twenty minutes until the pot nearly empty. Filled with second canister and ran until half left then restored vehicle tank and added remainder to that. Engine runs smoother and sounds better, inline filter had some debris and the filter discoloured and blackened. Overall well worth doing.

Wow! First time using Liqui Moly additive for diesel fuel and I am now sold on it! I developed a laquer problem earlier this year in my 5-ton truck's fuel system. While I addressed the issue in general, the throttle shaft in my IP was still "sticky" and slow to return to idle. I was not able to solve the sticky throttle with other products and I did not want to tear into the pump if I did not need to. I had read some very good comments and reviews on-line about Liqui Moly working in situations like mine and decided to give it a try. I dropped my fuel filter, filled it with the Liqui Moly, reinstalled and fired up the big Cummins. Literally within 30 seconds the additive cleared out the deposits inside the IP and the throttle action was back to normal. Great product! ... MoreWow! Great product. It really does work. Fantastic stuff. Thank you.
Always have been a bit doubtful about fuel additives, but this does seem to work pretty well. I have bought a 2003 Nissan X-Trail diesel 4x4 for winter use with 127,000 miles on it, bodywork is a bit tired but engine etc seems to be pretty good, however it was a bit smoky (black) so I gave it a good run on Motorway to try and clear things out. It improved a little, but then I tried this product and within a 20-30 miles the black smoke had gone, and the engine sounds smoother and less rattles. Not sure if it lasts but has improved things, acceleration seems a little punchier too, but could just be the thing had been sitting a while and needed a good hard drive. For under 10 it`s not going to break the bank, so it`s worth a try. I added it straight to the fuel tank ... MoreAlways have been a bit doubtful about fuel additives, but this does seem to work pretty well. I added it straight to the fuel tank which was a bit fiddly,( no long neck to make pouring easy ) it`s too awkward to pour it into the fuel filter on my vehicle.
Well ! This stuff is amazing. I did a lot of research before i bought this product , and i heard nothing but good reports !! I watched videos on youtube ect~ect !! and people use this purge bypassing the filter , so it runs pure through the injectors! On the other hand i used it by running the fuel tank low on fuel , then added the purge. I then took the vehicle on a 30 mile motorway trip , varying the speeds between 55-70 mph i noticed the engine note change after about 15 miles (Quieter and more responsive throttle) I then came back off the motorway and visited the fuel station where i added the other can with 15 litres of fuel. It was in the morning on starting the vehicle that i noticed an instant response !! instant start , and very smooth and quiet and no ... MoreWell ! This stuff is amazing. I would highly recommend this purge to anyone having idling problems or injector clatter .... "BUY IT"... Mondeo TdCi 130
