To use pour a small amount in the cap and gargle for 30 seconds. I use this after brushing to feel extra fresh. I like that the flavor is present but not too strong or intense. However with this product as it is alcohol free, I find that it is easier to tolerate yet has the same abilities to reduce/prevent gingivitis and plaque.It did have green tea flavor and I actually quite enjoy this compared to the green original flavor.
