Good ladder. Would be better if both sides had adjusters for double sloping hills rather then just one.
For a two storey townhouse with limited space, I needed a multipurpose ladder that was small enough to hide away in the garage and large enough to reach the roof.I haven’t used the levellers just yet but they may come in handy on some uneven ground out front. Yes, the ladder is on the heavy side but so are all multipurpose ladders in this configuration. It’ll show wear quickly. All the steps, latches, adjustments and levellers worked when tested.The model number on the box (16522-448) was different to the model number at purchase (16522-801). After reviewing the manufacturer’s website, it appears the only difference is the compliance label on the ladder to show the rated weight capacity in kg for AUS/NZ, instead of lbs for the USA.

Perfect-fantastic design and build quality
Apart from being a bit on heavy side the ladder is excellent and provides si much of multi functionality. The leveller system is superb and easy to use. Its a good investment considering its life time warranty.
This is a very well made ladder. Whilst it’s versatile, it’s not as easy as it looks to get it into any tall position due to the weight, about 17kgs. When it’s full extended as a straight ladder it’s very unwieldy. But it is very stable even at the highest A frame level.
