I finally needed a proper ladder for my home. It honestly took me a while to pick one. I wanted something with option but mainly something sturdy because of my weight and my fear of any heights. This ladder for the bill across the board. It’s super sturdy and I feel safe when using it I’ve never felt like it was going to give out from under me or that it was wobbly. I would recommend this ladder to anyone needing a good at home ladder.

We moved into an existing home a couple months ago. Its square footage is only a little more than where we used to live, but it feels much larger because the ceilings are so much taller… 12-foot upstairs and deep-pour 10-feet downstairs.Our original ladder works just fine downstairs, but isn’t tall enough for upstairs, nor for outside.So we went straight to Lowe’s. I bought this ladder because I wanted an all in one ladder. It's a great ladder but I probably should have bought a smaller size as the ladder is a little heavy for me to manage on my own. I'm a 65 year old woman who is not afraid to get things done by myself but a slightly smaller one may have been better for me. But it is a great ladder.
This ladder has been awesome so far! It definitely has some weight to it but the flexibility of all the possible positions makes it worth the trouble of lugging it around. It does have wheels to make transport a little easier. I bought this ladder so I can reach the tall ceilings in my home, this is the first time I have ever required a ladder this tall and I was concerned storing it would be a hassle. This ladder is not too much larger than a standard six foot ladder when it is in the storage position. Overall, I say it’s a great buy and I’m looking to many years of use.

I got this ladder as a special order and shipped to the store. When I got the ladder home and out of the cardboard on of the rungs was bent pretty good, but I was in a bind and needed it that day. I tested it out and the rung was still strong and didn't really affect the ladder so I used it. Ladder is amazing, especially on unlevel ground and pretty easy to adjust. Not as easy to adjust on the fly as a traditional extension ladder, but on the flip side it folds up to like 8 feet or so. Good buy.
As I get older I realize how dangerous it can be just simply climbing a ladder. In the past I had to always use pieces of 1x4 and 2x4 to accommodate uneven ground. This version of the Little Giant solves the problem of uneven ground. I really wanted something safe for accessing the roof to clean the dryer vent. Lowe's does not stock this version in the store but it is available to order. I did also order the Little Giant Ladder Stand-off as well but have not had the chance to use it yet.

Safe ladder with very essential levelling legs so it can operate on uneven ground. A bit heavy but easy to move around on wheels on hard surfaces. For soft ground wheels could have been wider.
