Very easy to use even before I looked at the instructions which then showed how to raise it and extend it with just one person. So far I've raised it to one less than maximum and is very stable without someone needing to hold the bottom steady.
Good ladder. A little heavy but understandable for its size. Challenging to use with just one person.
Fairly easy to operate and very sturdy. I don't particularly like to go onto ladders however this one really makes you feel safe by its solid feel. Look forward to a long ownership.

It's amazing but definitely a 2 sting men to put up and 2-3 to put down. While it is very sturdy I give it a 4 bc it wabbles Each time you climb a rung... freaks out helpers scared of heights but doesn't effect the stability. Overall I LOVE MY NEW LADDER!
I am amazed at how sturdy this ladder is when used at the maximum height. I felt very safe while using it. It was easy to set up, especially when using a smaller ladder beside it to extend it. I am very impressed.
