Cute house for a good price. I got it on sale and saved $40, which was awesome. My only real complaint is that it’s pictured as being all white/cream, but it’s not. The sides are a grayish tan color, which is fine, but not what I expected. It’s different from the front and back of the house. The only other thing is that the front and back pieces are Wally hard to put together. They do not just slide in and take a bit of work to get them connected. Even after using some soap to make it easier like the directions recommended, it was still really tough. The rest of the house wasn’t hard to do at all. Overall, it is very cute and I think my son will really love it when he gets it for Christmas!

I really like this playhouse for our 2 year old. The best part is that it has identical play area for 2 kids. So 2 doors 2 windows 2 flag holders. Less chances to fight and more to play!it’s relatively cheaper than all the other in the market. Its not as big as I thought and as solid as I expected but thats why may be it’s cheaper. This however doesn’t meat its any less sturdy, its strong and bug enough. Pretty simple.My 8 and 2 yo love playing in it! We love seeing them play in it. It’s beautiful. And since we got it a few weeks ago.. we have kept it inside for now, waiting for the mountains of snow from the last storm to melt a bit so we can take it out and help our kids spend more time outdoors!I would recommend it!

Really lovely modern playhouse that is a decent size, not to big/small and the perfect size for young children especially toddlers.Setting up Cape Cottage was easy to assemble with clear instructions to follow and it took me roughly 40 minutes. The pieces fitted well together making it feel sturdy. What I especially liked is that there is plenty space inside, the windows and door open and close and the playhouse has a little letterboxThe playhouse is light enough that it can be easily moved indoors/outdoors without hassle as it's not to heavy. Mine is currently outside and has withstand the wind which shows it's well built.

We purchased Little Tikes products faithfully when our children were young. Loved the toys and were always pleased with them. However, we recently purchased this playhouse for our first grandchild. This product is not even close to the quality of what we purchased for our children. I purchased this online. Had I seen it in a store, already put together I would not have made this purchase. The playhouse is very flimsy, not sturdy at all. The plan was to put it outside but I am not sure it will withstand the weather and wind.If this is an indication of the quality of their products as a whole I would be purchasing from a different company. Bought for my grandson and built immediately it arrived. Enlisted my daughters help to assist with sticker application to make sure we had them as straight as possible. The "Little Tikes" stickers on the doors were pre applied in the factory. Annoyingly, neither are straight so there's no better side to have facing outwards. Would have preferred the same 3D logo on the doors that we have on his toddler slide. Apart from that, it's a good house, easy to build and the kids love it. Bought this brand over another well known brand after reading reviews. Hopefully it will last long enough to justify the extra expense.
The cottage is lovely, and my toddler has really taken possession of it! It was very simple to construct, looks nice, and I'm sure will last a few years of imaginative play. I would have given the item 5-stars, but I do find the doors disappointing as they are quite flimsy, made worse by there being a single centrally located latch/catch; unless the door is pushed at the central point it latches in a bowed position. I think this could easily be resolved with a tiny design change, by having two latches/catches, top and bottom.
This made my sons Christmas!! Follow directions- or stickers won’t lay flat on the windows.... My almost four year old has asked Santa on repeat for a blue playhouse. Santa delivered! This is such a fun, nice little playhouse. It was in our price range and we are so pleased. It took my husband about thirty minutes to put together, and we finished with the stickers in another ten minutes. It does not have a floor or any built ins. But it does have a neat mail slot and a flag pole on each side. Also two doors, which we can run a train track through- so that’s fun!! He calls the little dips and shapes inside his “shelves” a d enjoys “decorating” them with his hot wheels and small trinkets.
Super cute cottage. This thing is lightweight and goes together super easy… took about 10 mins. The front and back are identical which I didn’t realize before I ordered. (Two doors, two mail slots) I thought the back was closed so a nice surprise.This is a single thickness wall house (not the puffy heavy kind) of the more pricey and heavier houses.The only thing I don’t like about it is the stickers. They are very sticky (duh) but you have to be super careful when placing as they are thin so you can’t remove a section to re-stick or it will rip. Other than that this thing is great.

The plastic is warped and looks like ocean waves all over the place: Definitely not intentional from a manufacturer standpoint because it severely limits the functionality-the windows and the sides where the doors go is the worst which is such a bummer since this is a base model in terms of features (the windows and doors are the excitement and don’t function) ; The sides where the doors go and the doors are both so warped they can’t close which makes our little one get really frustrated because it takes one of us to come help. I purchased this for my daycare kiddos. It's flimsy, but you get what you pay for. Still cute and I know the kids will enjoy it. The only real problem I've had (so far) is where the window stickers go. I thought maybe we had the plastic screws on backward, but they won't go in any other way and they are exactly as the instructions stated. I have no doubt the kids will pull these stickers off, because they don't lay flat.
