I bought this stethoscope for my granddaughter as she is going to university to study medicine. She was delighted with it, especially having her name engraved on it too.A very special gift for an exceptional young lady.I made a mistake on my original order, so I called the Medisave office and their customer service team resolved the issue immediately. I was so grateful for their help as the stethoscope was an 18th Birthday gift for my granddaughter.I am sure that I will buy medical supplies from Medisave in the future as and when required during my granddaughter’s medical training.Helen in Scotland.

At first I was hesitant to order because the prices here are lower compared to other online stores but this is legit! Although it took time before the package arrives for it’s from overseas but it was all solved when the product came because it’s the best! The appearance is the same with what is shown on the website. Although there’s a little dent on the box when it arrived. For customer care, they send a link through email where you can track your order and send messages for update. Registered it for warranty on the 3M website and it was successful. I bought this to replace a Classic II that I lost. I had my classic II for 13 years, and absolutely loved it. The only drawback to the Classic II was that it was completely adult sized, and I work in pediatrics. This means I would often carry two different stethoscopes for the variety of sizes of patients that I see. The diaphragms on both sides fall off constantly! I ended up gluing them on, which worked for a while. But my large diaphragm fell off again last week, and I was not lucky enough to find it this time. So I will now be going a week or two with only a pediatric sized stethoscope until I can get another diaphragm shipped to me. I can see that throughout the lifetime of this stethoscope that I will be replacing a lot of parts, and am very disappointed. I did not have a single problem with the Classic II, and never lost any pieces, so that makes me even more disappointed in this product that I had such high hopes for. DO NOT buy this stethoscope unless you are prepared to be constantly replacing diaphragms. I love you Littman, but IT NEEDS A REDESIGN!

The quality of the sounds are clear and easily picked up. The ear pieces are very soft, comfortable, and easily seal out other noises. Bought the Black Rainbow finish which also comes with extra ear pieces. Package arrived intact with no damage.My only complaint was it took long to arrive though. Ordered 11/21/2023. Arrived 12/16/2023. Nonetheless, everything was great.
The price, overall quality & colour options are fantastic. The shipping time was very quick to get to me in Perth, WA & exactly what I ordered. The free engraving is an awesome addition especially when it is a gift. I also got the EVA stethoscope case & name tag clip. All engraving was neat, spelt correctly & clear. My partner looks forward to using his & my current Littman classic stethoscope is still going strong after 4 years on a busy maternity unit. As expected of Littmann, excellent quality, loud and can hear clearly. I love the color as well as the personalized name engraving. It took me almost 40 days to receive my order quite disappointing, but it was worth the wait. Medshop's customer care was accommodating and very responsive to all my queries. I highly recommend this shop because they sell Legit Littmann. I haven't tried registering the serial number of the stethoscope on the official Littmann Philippines site yet. Will update once I have registered it.
