Seriously effective at getting those knots out and too easy to fall asleep in the chair at zero gravity when it's finished because it stays in that position until your ready to come back down to earth. The blue tooth speakers also means music of choice. I like meditation music or a little Vivaldi. I use it daily and love it

My wife wasnt a fan when I told her I had bought it but she was a fan after one 15 minute session. My family has to book in times each evening to get a massage before going to bed. I havent had this many good sleeps in a month in decades.Some people may need a bit of padding in areas as it can be quite strong, even on the lowest setting, but I wouldnt return it for the world.

Good function. but havent got a manual how to operation. was not too hard to figured . about 15 min programmed each automatic saved function.
Good massage chair. Can’t feel different with other expensive chairs on the market.Only bad is the delivery. Paid $250 for delivery and only one driver unloaded and he was unable to move it to the door. Want to refund for delivery.
Good products value for money.Paid $250 for delivery, only one truck driver can’t move that huge and heavy box from the truck. Lucky I am a strong man to help load and move that heavy chair to house.
The same model and brand is available at $1000online. All my gift card that i used in the purchase have been taken for no value considering the price difference.
So far the chair has performed well and manages an acceptable massage on most sixes of people who have tried it.The head/shoulder cushion is a little too thick and reduces the effectiveness of massage in the upper back and shoulders and we have flipped it out of the way. If you don’t like it hard you may prefer the cushion in place.Controls are elaborate but would be served well with lettering instead of the difficult to decipher icons. We are still constantly referring to the manual to work out how to utilize all the features. If it was text labels it would be much more intuitive.Overall, great value compared to similar featured chairs - hopefully it will remain maintenance free and have a long life.
