Bought for my hubby for his birthday but he found it too painful - WUSS ha ha so it is ALL MINE now.I use it nearly every night for 15 minutes before I go to bed to unwind. The feet massager is a killer but overall very relaxing - the price is AMAZING!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over 6 weeks since ordering and still no massage chairs. Constantly given the run around, ended up asking for a full refund after 6+ weeks. Courier allegedly lost the items, then Prime Cart wanted to charge a restock fee when i asked for a refund after 5 weeks of no chairs. Now they tell me the courier won't deliver to the address. Highly doubtful they even had the chairs in stock to start with. Woeful service, communication and dispute resolution from both the seller PRIME CART and Mydeal. Would not buy anything from them ever again. Absolute crap

Was sceptical of this chair, especially without being able to try it out first, but overall I’m very pleased with it. If offers different types of massage (shiatsu, kneading, tapping etc) and also does compression massage to the arms and calves. The heating component feels very nice. I find the calf compression extremely painful to the point of torture but my 10 year old daughter and her 52 year old dad somehow like it. (I now just position my legs above the compression air bags which feels comfortable). The massage goes up to your neck and also massages the soles of your feet (socks make it more comfortable). The zero gravity function tilts the chair backwards into two positions, both feel relaxing and great. The first time I used it, it didn’t feel great but after 1 week I look forward to it and continually increase the timer on it as I find time goes so quickly I end up wanting more. It’s quite an intense, deep massage. I have quite a bony back so sometimes the rollers can feel a bit painful. Wearing a thicker layer of clothing (eg jumper) can help reduce the sensitivity. Overall, I’m very happy with the chair. It’s also not too big and doesn’t seem to overpower our small apartment.

Have had this for nearly a year now. I use it very regularly and it is going strong. A great purchase that has paid itself off already. Awesome chair.

The chair arrived fully assembled and was packaged extremely well. All we had to do was roll the chair to the chosen position and plug it in. The chair is made from leather except for the external side panels and is compact. The controller allows for 6 automatic massage programmes which can be customised, i.e. pressure and intensity, to suit the user. There is also a separate adjustable full body Shiatsu programme and other programmes such as knead/roll/knock/beat which are also customisable. Good massage chair

I got this massage chair today. After using it I really like it. It was delivered nicely to my lounge. The whole chair came in the box. It's very easy to operate. The massage is very nice for the whole body. It has good 2 zero gravity levels. SL track is very long and relaxing. Foot rollers are awesome. That's all I want. This is the second massage chair I bought this year. The price of the first one was more than double but I had to return it because it was broken since the day one. So I learnt that it doesn't matter about the price. If the chair provides the functions you want just go for it. I am very happy with this purchase and can recommend it to anyone. Hopefully it will last for a few years.

Livemor massage chair

There is certainly no body scanning function on this chair and if the chair is capable of it, the remote does not allow this option, frankly I’m surprised Harvey Norman align themselves with this product it reflects poorly on them to say the least.I researched long and hard before making this purchase and made my eventual decision based on the chair functions that were advertised, this chair has not delivered on it’s advertised functions and not met my expectations.If you are after a basic massage chair and don’t hold hopes of anything more than that you will probably not be disappointed.However you will likely feel you have overpaid for what you have received.

It is okay however I find the rollers in the upper back and neck not strong enough.Also can't feel the heat when turned on.Everything else is fine

Excellent product. My son has cerebral palsy and required a chair to assist with his tight muscles. NDIS would not fund a massage chair so we had to purchase it ourselves. The massage chair has helped him so much and is excellant for his tight muscles.

Very comfortable - as advertised

Product as advertised. Chair is very comfortable, great recline. Strong pressure which I love but not for everyone. Only disadvantage is can't personalise programming as much as I'd like.
