While I found the experience of applying it to be more enjoyable as a result of needing to massage it in, the downside is that I found myself using more product than I would with a traditional cleanser. However, the creaminess of its application made sure that it was really absorbed by my skin. Unlike other shower washes, the scent of this lingered on my skin for significantly longer and my skin felt much more supple and moisturized. The scent itself is best described as an authentic sweet almond - nutty and vanilla at the same time - and was both subtle and elegant. Like L'Occitane's other products, this is made in France and contains sweet almond oil, shea butter, and sunflower seed oil. Great hydrating shower cream with subtle scent

I've always been drawn to L'Occitane skincare products for their luxurious packaging that looks like something straight out of a French boutique. I was excited to try the L'Occitane Almond Shower Cream because almond is one of my favourite scents. I liked the smell of this cream, which was warm, sweet, and nutty with a hint of vanilla, however, it didn't blow me away. My favorite L'occitane line has always been their Almond Bodycare line. Their Almond Shower Oil has always been a staple in my shower. I was thrilled that I was given a chance to test out their New Whipped version of Almond Delicious Shower Cream.It has the same mild and delicious Sweet Almond scent as their Shower Oil that I have and love, leaving my skin smelling refreshed. It gives a creamy lather when applied on wet skin. It was really gentle on my skin, as it did not break me out. It left my skin feeling hydrated without any residue. I really love the way it makes my skin feel after, surprisingly I was able to skip application of my usual body lotion. The next day my skin still felt hydrated.
