I’m 5’2” and it’s the perfect size for me (not too overwhelming).ConsoI wish the top zipper would go all the way across the bag. It’s a little hard to get in and out of the bag. However, it doesn’t scratch my hand and the zipper is very smooth. Opening and closing the bag is a two-handed operation.oThe piece of leather that stops the crossbody strap from flapping around is a little too loose. Basically, it often slides down, and I often have to slip the strap back in.oThere aren’t any feet on the bottom of the bag. I’m worried about how the bottom will wear over time. I also recommend stuffing the bag when you’re not using it if you’re worried about the “slouchy” shape.oColor - The color is much darker in person than what’s pictured online. If you’re familiar with Tory Burch it’s very similar to the “Dove Grey” color, but just a little warmer. I was expecting it to be more of a light warm beige, but it leans taupe. I almost regret that I didn’t get the light caramel color!Overall, I highly recommend this bag. I’m super impressed with the capacity and quality. TIP: You can get a coupon from Neiman Marcus when you first sign up and I applied it to my order. It also works with services like Rakuten and I got 3% back on my credit card. I love a deal!
