I purchased my Lofree Flow keyboard from WhatGeek after extensive research for the best price online. WhatGeek had better prices than the Lofree website as well as Amazon and any other online retailers. I was worried that maybe the item was not going to be authentic, but it actually was the same exact item I had ordered from Amazon previously. Their shipping was not as fast as a local distributor, but considering that it did ship internationally, it was still pretty quick. I will definitely check out WhatGeek more often before I make more online purchases in the future.
For the past three weeks, my typing experience on the Kailh PHANTOM Tactile keyboard (in MacOS) was incredible! Although it was a low profile keyboard with shorter pitch, the tactile typing 'feel' of their Phantom tactile switch was amazing for my daily use (pretty much 100% work related).Unfortunately, the keyboard stopped working for some unknown reason just the other day - tried to trouble shoot with guidance from Whatgeek customer support team, but nothing seemed to work. After few tries, Echo from Whatgeek Service Team graciously offered to send out a new unit, free of charge. That is an A+ customer service in my book! A huge kudos and thanks to Echo and the team!
Good acoustics and no rattly stabs out of the box, switches use the standard MX style stems so it will fit most other keycap sets. Wireless mode has some noticeable latency, so not good for gaming but perfectly fine for office work. Switching bluetooth connections is super easy and fast, battery life also seems great with backlight set to low brightness.
Since i got the flow, i hadnt stopped using it, its become my daily driver. switches are very smooth and they actually get smoother with time, i notice wasd is smoother than the f row for example. I much prefer sculpted keyboards as i can feel for where i am without needing to look down, and there were NOT very many options out there even on aliexpress. the software compatibility is also a big one, its just not great, ive yet to figure out how i can switch my left alt and windows key because they come programmed swapped. Overall the bluetooth is nice, and its a great experience as is, this is the BEST practical stock keyboard out there, because of its weight and small dimensions, *personally the feel, sound, and design is more than enough to choose the lofree flow over the nuphy low profile keyboard(tested and compared by me personally).
Love this keyboard and it’s definitely a great innovation getting this type of thock onto a low profile build! The only thing left desired is that the keycaps themselves aren’t a great fit for the LEDs, they are rather see through so you can see the dots of the light bulb quite clearly instead of a diffused glow. I also wish I could have customized the keycap colors with the switch type at the time of ordering. I would have preferred tactile with white, which isn’t an option.

The F-row was kinda locked on multimedia functions regardless if Fn was clicked or not, but fortunately I was able to use input-remapper on Linux and workaround the problem. I hope for the firmware update to introduce Fn+Esc as a Fn-Lock toggle. As it is a mobile keyboard it would be appreciated to have an option to buy a cover/sleeve (either soft or hard) so we won't risk any damage or dust getting in when we put it in the backpack or bag. Just a good keyboard like people say.Delivery happened quickly and comfortably.Good website with good prices.It would be nice to buy some different color keycaps for this.But unfortunately they are do not exist for such low profile keyboard.
