Almost all my mouse and keyboard devices are logitech and they all have unifying receivers. I tried to configure them to one receiver. I tried different operating systems, and till now only my windows system can install the unifying software to configure. It seems they don't have suitable unifying app for the newest version of macOS and Linux Ubuntu, although after configuring, these devices work across systems.

I want my desktop and laptop to be able to use the same keyboard and mouse. And then when I travel, I want my laptop to use my compact mouse - without more dongles! So... if you allow the keyboard and mouse to work with more than one unifying receiver, I think you have conquered it all! So, my desktop has a unifying receiver and my laptop has a unifying receiver. They both pair with the same keyboard and mouse. And then, my laptop also pairs up to another mouse that I use when I travel. Make sense? I think you're on to something great - keep it up!

I ordered this same receiver from Best Buy with the promise of one week delivery. After a week, I was told the product was on hold with no expected delivery date. After waiting 3 weeks, I cancelled the order and reordered with Walmart. I received the receiver in 5 days, which came in a sealed clear plastic bag. I thought the product would come in a commercial-type packing. No setup instructions came with the product. I googled Logitech for the instructions and downloaded the app from their website. After installing the app to the computer I would be using the receiver with, I was able to sync the mouse with the receiver and they worked with no problem. It did not work. I had to buy a new keyboard.
15 September 2021

I had to get a new mouse and took the old one with me but grabed the wrong part. I had to order a new keyboard and was suppost to be to picked up in an hour. They would not let me have it as they never got anything from the company on my purchase. Went back 3 more times so I called and found out no one put the charge threw. I picked it up but was wrong board, back to the store. They gave me a different one ended up not getting the board I wanted but after going 10 times to get it. I just had to acept what I got. Works, but is hard wired, not the one I really wanted. There were so many times having to going and come back, (25 minuets one way)I gave up and took what they gave me.

Maybe We Didn't Do It Right ??

We tried to use this with our Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac and it simply did not work. We tried everything in the book to make this work but simply never once did our MacBook Pro see the MX Master 3 device. However, the MBP seen the MX3 without the unifying device, wherein we wanted to use the unifying receiver to get more application use out of the MX3 but still haven't. Oh Well. I never tried to return it so my loss really and not B&H's issue.

Mouse doesnt work
5 December 2022

I purchased a mouse form Amazon with the receiver inside and installed the doogle and batteries that were sent with it. At first I thought it was working as the cursor could be moved around screen and if I put the cursor on something I wanted to open it worked great. I found a problem when I put the cursor in the search box and then tried to type in what I wanted to search for. I found I could not use my keyboard for anything then. After talking with Logitech person I found they did not know how to help me. They said it was my computer and need to purchase another on. I sent the mouse back to Amazon and purchased another identical mouse straight from Logitech. Needed a replacement USB receiver
20 March 2023

Needed a replacement USB receiver for my keyboard because I tossed it when I unpacked the product. The USB receiver was packaged separately instead of with the keyboard. My fault but wish they would consider different presentation. Anyway, ordered the replacement, had to download the installation, but after that it worked real well.

The receiver head is too shallow to get my fingers on it to pull it out; I have to use a pair of pliers.
13 December 2022

The unifying receiver works great with my Logitech keyboard & mouse; electronically, it is an excellent receiver. The 1-Star rating is because the head is so shallow, I can't get my fingers on it to pull it out of my USB port, when I need to switch to another computer; I have to use a pair of pliers. I can't believe anyone would engineer something as poorly this; the head needs to be longer, so that it can be pulled out with human hands.

WIN 11

I would like to be contacted on the Windows 11 issue either, ASAP! Neither Unifying Receiver nor my keyboard and mouse are detected by the Logitech Options software on Windows 11. The issue continues since the Windows 11 release and it's very annoying, it prevents me from using my devices features, it creates noticeable inconveniences. There is noRead more about review stating Doesn't work with Windows 11 helpful support on the issue, unfortunately. It's unacceptable. N I HAVE MUTIPLE

You can only pair multiple devices to one receiver.
29 November 2022

I bought this device because I wanted to use my favorite keyboard with a computer at work, another at home and Android TV. Each device gets a separate Unifying transceiver. So what if the mouse or keyboard communicates only with the receiver with which it is paired and programmed in the Unifying software. I thought the device would connect to the first detected transceiver it is paired with, but no, only preprogrammed. Now I have one mouse, one keyboard and three useless transceivers. Thanks a lot logitech - you're solving problems no one has.
