Is everything horrible about this headset? No.... but that's not the way you want your product's review to begin either. I would say the only 2 things this headset has going for it is that it's wireless, and the product genuinely feels pretty comfortable to wear. Unfortunately there's simply a lot of annoyances that make the 100+ price tag not worth it. The cool lighting? It's on the rear of the headset so exactly 0 people will ever see it. The mic? It randomly decides to not turn on so you should make sure you have an additional one nearby. Also, every time you want to use the headset, you have to manually open your sound settings and chose the headset as your audio output source. Then when you're done you have to do the exact opposite. These headphones were alright. I bought them many years ago when the price was $250. (I didn't spend that much I got them 25% off). I found it to be quite pragmatic how the microphone can mute with a push. They were even comfortable. The reason I can never recommend these absolutely putrid, vile, insulting, horrible pieces of garbage, is because it breaks. I looked into it. It is a common occurrence, and there is nothing you can do. I tried everything. They just stopped working after about a year of their use. I see the price has dropped. It isn't enough. I wouldn't use these for $10. They are cheap pieces of crap disguised as a nice set of headphones.Sure their audio is alright. There are better, much more reliable headsets out there. I was beyond annoyed. The worst part was how Logitech failed to help me with my problems. Im not sure why people are rating this poorly, maybe due to a lack of care or other user error but this is as honest as honest can be. I've had my pair for almost 3 years and they work perfectly fine. The leather and foam ear cuffs are still strong (aside from the slight crease from my glasses), frame is still pretty sturdy, it seems like it could be lightly used. This is my 4th type of headset I've used. I had some wireless turtle beaches for my xbox, wired ones, Corsair, and after moving to PC I wanted something wireless so I could go to the bathroom or get something to eat without taking them off. While searching, I had some personal criteria I wanted them to have: be wireless, mute function, have a usb dongle, and replaceable battery. I watched Linus's tech tips ... While searching, I had some personal criteria I wanted them to have: be wireless, mute function, have a usb dongle, and replaceable battery. I watched Linus's tech tips review for headphones and I made up my mind with these before the video was over. It had what I needed plus the volume control which I didn't realize how useful it could be. The left cover for the ear cuff comes off to store the usb stick in, the right cover has the the replaceable battery in case yours has any issues or gets old after a lot of recharges. Mic flips up to mute and stays flush with the headset so no need to worry about it breaking off. Simple on off switch along with 4 buttons for presets and a scroll wheel for volume control. I have been taking my pair to work as the cheap $10 headsets are uncomfortable and they work really well for working too. They're not noise cancelling but are big enough to block people around me talking and I can tune them out easier. The range really does work well in a large open space so I can take them to get some water without dropping from a call. Plus with Microsoft teams or zoom or whatever system you use, the built in mic is great for mute and unmuting just by flipping. Instead of trying to manually unmute myself from the app, I just leave myself unmuted and flip the mic. Another great thing is the usb plugged in will have the computer recognize your headphones regardless if they are on or off so you don't have to worry about people hearing you if you turn them off. Mic also works well at cancelling background noise and they're pretty loud. I keep my volume between 16-28 to avoid hearing damage especially gaming. I think its enough at least. Now of course it has draw backs. They are pretty bulky but they're not actually that heavy. They look like they're heavier than they really are. After wearing them for a while the band hurts my head but as do all headphones for me personally. The range drops a lot when you put more walls between you and your computer but again that's expected. The usb stick is pretty big, more of a standard flashdrive. All the pros outweigh the cons imo. Theres only a couple things in my life I genuinely think others should try: my keyboard and these headphones.Logitech if you read this, dont remove the features for this. Improve the battery and reduce the size and boom you got the pro version and I'll definitely take it

This headset is amazing when it works. I say that because it will randomly choose not to work. Either no sound, or the mic doesnt work, or it just plain doesn't connect with anything. OR you will lose sound out of one channel and good luck getting it back.I bought it in May of 2020 and the first one was the best one. I had NO issues with this headset and told everyone I could about how great it was. This thing had great range, battery life, sound quality, and a very good built in mic.In mid 2021 it just stopped working altogether. No sounds, mic wouldn't work, did the factory reset, everything, no dice. Logitech replaced it, okay fine. The replacement comes and last about 6 months before it does the same thing. Get another replacement, it lasts about the same, 6-8 months. Get ANOTHER replacement and now, 8 months later, its only working out of the left ear and no mic, and now i'm "out of warranty" (or else they'd be sending me a new headset every 6 months until im in the ground) So now im moving on from Logitech completely and on the hunt for a quality headset.I would like to note that i'm not rough on this thing. when it isnt on my head being used, it is plugged in hanging on a headset hanger below my desk. The things just STOP. WORKING.Do not waste your money
I love the sound, but I'm currently on my fourth headset with this - it's died three times. And this one is dead too. I'm upset about it, but I feel bad bringing it back to the store because they have replaced it a few times. But this headset literally only last three months if that. This particular that is currently on my head, started having issues within one month. Horrible product for way too much money - the microphone on it goes within three months, this one also the battery, and it just dies all the time even after being fully charged. (but the sound is great). The people on the other end of the microphone intensely hate this headset also because it cuts my voice out constantly, and even after many hours of trying to fix this it's actually just the range in ... So I have been using my Sennheiser HD8 headphones on my PC for years, but I really wanted to transition to something wireless. I didnt want to spend a huge amount of money, so these caught my eye. Purchased this headset to replace a previous Logitech wired headset. Initially, everything was great. Easy to setup with just basic plug and play. Charging seems to be fairly quick after a gaming for a few hours but have the option to plug in and continue using if needed. Sounds good and mic works without issue. The only negative is that when I purchased the headset in Sept. 2022, about 3-4 months later, the power switch became finicky. When I turn the headset on, sometimes the sound is perfect and sometimes it is muffled or only comes through one earpiece and I have to constantly play with the power switch on the headset until it normalizes. Just seems like the build quality for the power switch was not a priority as compared to the rest of the headset. Would only ... It's a great-sounding headset with really good spatial awareness. They are pretty lightweight and are super comfortable with long gaming sessions.I've had two issues.
