this is a basic headset including a microphone. Connector is not a USB which may be a bit inconvenient. There is no volume control which is another thing to consider before buying. Price is one of the main reasons for buying this. Also, this device is small and light weight which can be wear for long time when doing conference call. Besides, this is made by Logitech which will likely be durable and goog quality.

This headset is okay for its type and the sale price I paid for it. The volume is definitely better than my previous headsets/earbuds, which is a plus; however, there is no volume control that I can find. As expected for this style, the fit it a little too tight for wearing over glasses and causes pain behind my ears after a while, which no amount of adjustment seems to fix. The biggest downside is that there are effectively no instructions, and I can't figure out how to get video chat software to recognize the microphone on the headset rather than the default webcam mic--which was my entire purpose in purchasing a headset with a microphone. If there had been a more thorough description/specs on the website, I might have known about some of these deficiencies and ... MoreThis headset is okay for its type and the sale price I paid for it. I bought this headset to use for video calls on my laptop. The laptop microphone is bad, my colleagues always said they couldn’t hear me clearly. Using my new Logitech headset, my audio is clear, no more bad audio. I really like the boom microphone, I can move it out of the way when I’m listening only. The headset is very comfortable to wear and the wire is long enough for me to use while standing. This was an excellent purchase I use everyday. I like it so much I bought a second headset to use at home.

I am happy with this purchase from a well known company. I got this because I had this headset in the past and remembered I was happy with it. This was gotten to replace a way too tight and heavy headset with good sound but was hurting my head. This is a very excellent basic headset for the money although it cannot compare with the very expensive Sennhauser headset (not the too tight one). This took care of my needs and I love the long enough wire.
This is the second time I bought this product. First time, I could hear, but others could not hear me. I thought the problem was my desktop computer. Bought a new computer a few months ago and decided to try this headset again. Used it last night; I could hear but members of the group could not hear me unless I almost yelled. I am going to buy a microphone only; I'm done with trying to use this headset.
My daughter wanted it. I brought it for her. She stopped using it the second day. I decided to tried it out on my laptop to do podcast on anchor. And one of the viewer was on point. My voice came going in and out. I thought it was me at first but I tried different angles close to me and far away from me , even though close to my mouth. I kept getting the in and out sound. It was not clear not crispy sound that I was looking for, for a podcast. If you looking for a headphone with a mic to do podcast - this is not it. Luckily, I brought the yeti the same day I brought this headphone logi. So, I am going to test the Blue Yeti out and see how that work with the podcast. I said it more for music and probably watching movie. My daughter thought it was for gaming. I don't ... MoreMy daughter wanted it. I brought it for her. She stopped using it the second day. I will have to give it a low score because it did not work for me and what I needed for.
Since day one; from Desktops to Laptops and now for my Mobile Phone, I've Always chosen Logitech. These headphones are Awesome. I can talk at a very low voice to a whisper and come in very clear. Sound? Like having 2.0 Speakers blaring in your ears. Yes!! I highly recommend these.
Even though I have a brand new up-to-date phone, people were having difficulty hearing me. So after trying a bunch of stuff on Youtube like resetting the phone and cleaning the microphone with a needle which didn't work, I thought why not buy a headset. Now people can actually hear me which is great, this headset rules. I also use it for Zoom calls which helps people hear me better too. You can also switch the mouthpiece to have it on your left or right side depending on what's comfortable for you. Only downside is the cord, I wish it wasn't so long or was retractable because it's annoying dealing with it.
Shoppers should know that this headset has limitations due to its fat plug size. Shoppers should know that the ad does not contain any detailed information on the plug size -- such as what jacks and devices it does and does not fit. They should also know that the vendor -- AmzBuys -- offers to take it back but does not reimburse postage -- even though the reason for the return is the failure of their ad to adequately describe what the headset plug fits. Although it fits many devices, it is too fat for the jack in my standard Panasonic satellite phone -- which some other head sets definitely fit.
These are surprisingly good at doing what they're supposed to do, which is to send and receive voices. Given the low price, it's unreasonable to expect super high fidelity for either one. However, in this case, their weakness in fidelity seem to be a strength in basic function. Let me explain: MICROPHONE: I've tried many headsets, and even the ones with noise canceling microphones pick up legitimate background noises like automotive sounds and keystroke noises. Those noises are generally annoying to the person I'm talking with. The mic on this unit seems to be a bit less sensitive, which mutes the background noise while still picking up my voice clearly. This makes for a much more pleasant experience for the person on the other end of the line, as they hear my voice ... MoreThese are surprisingly good at doing what they're supposed to do, which is to send and receive voices. This makes for a much more pleasant experience for the person on the other end of the line, as they hear my voice loud and clear without the distractions and annoyances. EARPIECES: The earpieces are similar - they play voices clearly while being notably weak in the highs and lows - frequencies that can be annoying when trying to carry on a conversation. To be clear, one can still listen to and enjoy music through these headphones, but for those expecting a full range concert-like experience, other headphones would be a better choice (albeit at many times the price). FIT: I agree with others who say the headset runs small. My wife has a small head and likes the fit. I can wear them for a while but they feel tight so I wouldn't choose them for all-day wearing unless I stretched them out a bit. Enjoy
