Pros: Ergonomic. Worked first time out of the box, and was intuitive and easy to use. Cons: Using with an iMac, it seems the wifi connection occasionally falters between the computer and mouse, and I requires a restart to get connection back.

Coming from an MX master 2. I really like the soft click buttons and the vertical grip and being lite weight, my hand and fingers are feeling much better. I just miss the scroll wheel from the MX, but overall, I'm much happier.

This is my first ergonomic/"vertical" mouse and I've adapted to it quicker than I thought. It has a beautiful, comfortable feel in the had and the buttons are very responsive and light to the touch. My purpose for buying this was to reduce strain on my wrist and hand and it has definitely achieved that. Highly recommended for someone with a medium/small hand.

Comfortable and Efficient
21 March 2023

Pros:- Very comfortable to use for long periods.- Silent clicks, I never thought I would appreciate this so much.- Great customisation options using the Logitech Options+ softwareCons:- I had to return one mouse due to pointer lag on bluetooth. The replacement mouse had the same issue so I tried using the bolt receiver (plugged into my external monitor hub) and it works flawlessly. I am using a 14 inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip. An update / fix would be appreciated.

Disapoointed...

Trying not to be long-winded... apologies. In theory it seems like a good idea, and it IS a reasonably comfortable fit in the hand, but I've had it for nearly a month now, and I still can't use it quickly and accurately. Due to its ergonomic asymmetrical design, I can never instinctively move the cursor straight up, down left or right - it's always off by just a little bit, and requires some adjustment. Try using your usual mouse with your non-dominant hand... that's a bit how this feels. With the user's fingers curled around the mouse, each user may find best comfort in a different amount of finger curl, which will affect where the x- and y-axes sit relative to hand posture. With the user's fingers curled around the mouse, each user may find best comfort in a different amount of finger curl, which will affect where the x- and y-axes sit relative to hand posture. If you could calibrate the cardinal directions - e.g. sit comfortably at your desk, have the user close their eyes, then move the mouse in what they feel is a natural "up" direction, then "down", "left", and "right", repeat for about a minute, analyse and set the best fit for the user. Next... I also find that I can't use the thumb buttons with my hand in its normal posture - thumb buttons are stiffer, so I end up clicking the left/right-click buttons before the thumb buttons engage. I'm starting to find ways to reposition my hand in order to use them, could probably get used to that. But I can imagine some users taking to it quite easily, so while I would not necessarily recommend against, I would caution loudly.

It's a mouse
11 August 2022

Mouse is very comfortable and easy to use, I have been using a standard mouse for many years so it does take a little bit of adjustment. I've even tried a little bit of gaming with it! But I'm not entirely sold. I was worried about suitability as this is recommended for people with Small hand size (I have a Large hand size as per Logitech's own guidelines). I watched reviews so was a little concerned that perhaps I purchased the wrong mouse but it is a great fit. I have tendonitis, so purchased this mainly looking for a bit of relief and find I've not had a flare up since. Very happy with my purchase

I really appreciate the vertical mouse!! However, it would have been good to have first noted the USB connection requirements (my laptop's 4 usb ports are fully utilised).

The Dream Mouse
10 February 2023

This mouse is literally everything I have ever wanted. The smartwheel is amazing, the mouse is completely silent, and I use the sideways scroll feature all the time. It slides well and the USB and Bluetooth both connect flawlessly. With one click of a button I can switch from one connection to the other! It took some time to get used to the shape but it doesn't bother me at all now and using it for 8 hours a day never leaves me with a sore hand. I've had it for about a year now and never had any issues with it. Would 10/10 recommend

Way too big
9 January 2023

I like the idea of ergonomic and vertical may also be a good idea. But I can't get over how massive this is. The product description says for small and medium hands, and I have small hands, can tell this is not for me.Way too bulky, trying to be one size fit all, and ended up straining my waist even more.
