Was happy with the price for a logitech product. Opened it all up and inserted the batteries. looked in the base of the mouse where the USB dongle has a place to sit and no dongle. looked all over the floor, thinking I'd dropped it and then decided it wasnt there. I Went to work the next day and was about to call PBTech when a work mate commented he had a logitech that had the dongle in the folded in end of the box. checked on arriving home and it was at the end I hadnt opened!! As per usual Logitech, it works very well and has a few weeks of use now without fuss - exactly what I expect from Logitech.

Great Combo, but lacking One featue.

I bought this Keyboard / Mouse combo for my Laptop. So it would only up one USB port. I works Great. My only complaint is the Mouse doesn't have Forword / Backward buttons on the side. The combo was a great price, but I would have gladly paid a little more for that functionality. There were other combos that had the buttons on the side of the mouse, but I didn't like the keyboards on those. They were all odd shaped, wavy or whatever. I just wanted a plain square keyboard and a plain 4 button mouse but I couldn't find that in a combo. I could've bought them separately, but then I would be using 2 USB ports. And I only have 2 on my laptop. But otherwise, especially for the PRICE, this combo works great.

I've relied on Logitech products for years. Purchased this set August 2022 for work. Mouse a little small but works well. Was unable to pair my larger Logitech mouse to keyboard. Compact keyboard with number pad is nicely sized and actually fits in my laptop bag. No issue with the function of the keyboard or the mouse and both have travelled well. Good equipment; reasonable price.

Great value for a wireless keyboard and mouse
29 September 2021

I purchased this keyboard and mouse combination so I could access my home office computer from different locations in the office. This keyboard and mouse are just right for this purpose. They worked correctly, plug and play, right out of the box. The keyboard has a substantial feel and positive action, notable given its relatively low cost. The mouse is basic, which is what I expected at this price point, but it's decent enough to use on a daily basis. I especially like that the keyboard and mouse work off a single USB plug-in, which leaves other ports available on my computer. I've used Logitech products for many years, and this latest purchase represents a really good value that works well, exactly as advertised.

Keyboard needs better design
18 November 2021

Cool to only need one USB port for both devices. For some reason I thought I would need two ports so that was a surprise. Keyboard buttons are not too touchy but also not stiff. Mouse is a little small but expected.I’m upset there is no power switch for the keyboard. There is, however, a power switch for the mouse. If I only want to use the mouse, I have to put the keyboard somewhere out of the way so that it won’t get touched or used. Seems really flawed. This is for a home office and I have kids so I can’t just set this aside or else they will take it, use it, and interact with my PC.The caps lock and num lock keys does not have a light so you don’t know when it is engaged or not. Laggy typing and generally missed letters
11 April 2022

I bougt this about a moth ago, and despite readi the reviews about lagginess and letters not correcty typing, I dismissed this as my other Logitech keyboard at hoe has none of these issues. I beieve it is the speed of typing and lag affecting the missed letters rather than the key connection. If you are reading this and wonderig if I can even speak/type English, this is the keyboard missing my letters as I type - it appears to mostly be the 'n's, 'l's, and 'm's. Ofc you can correct i emails or documents with autocorrect, but when messaging (eg. Slack) or completig forms, it make you appear incopetent.Buyer beware. Like my work-provided one so much I upgraded home
11 October 2022

I was provided this for my work laptop set up.I have been taking it home with my with my laptop to work from home, rather than use my wireless keyboard and mouse I have there, as this is much cleaner and easier to type on than my cheaper keyboard at home.I've just bought myself the same set up for personal use at home so that I can use this set up anywhere - the keyboard feels great to type on and it feels like a much more premium product than the ones I've been using at home which were barely cheaper. The reviews on this product surprise me a lot - sounds like maybe a bad batch? Our business runs around 100 of these combo kits, all purchased over different times over the last 12 months, and have never had to replace a single one to date.

Looks ok but keys squeak and stick soon enough..
25 February 2020

Construction guides vertical key motion by surrounding keyframe and over a few months, keys stick against frame from high friction of the plastic causing a lot of squeaking, but it is highly variable. The problem does not go away and only grows worse over time. If you hit a key slightly off centre it sticks and requires additional force and if you hit dead centre it goes ok, resulting in highly variable force requirements from one keystroke to the next, the end result being that you have missed characters and so forth. Another problem is the basic design. I have largish hands (being a bloke and all) and my fingertips cover a key entirely. Because there are no significant gaps between the keys, even a slightly off centre keystroke will hit two keys. Because there are no significant gaps between the keys, even a slightly off centre keystroke will hit two keys. The result... more typing errors and lots of corrections, slowing my pace dramatically. So this is a noisy, squeaky, poor performing keyboard, quite annoying to use. Overall - poor mechanical design and poor usability design. Not worth the money paid. Will not buy a Logitech keyboard again, though once upon a time they designed well thought out products, but seems to be a fading memory. Being cheap is no excuse for being garbage.

Not Pleased
30 July 2022

The keyboard is satisfactory for the money. BUT the mouse leaves a lot to be desired. First off, I do not have big hands but this overall mouse is too small (flat) to comfortably fit in my hand. The major complaint is that the mouse wheel is too tight. When trying to push it forward my finger slides on the wheel. Either it needs to turn easier or have a more abrasive surface so my finger doesn't slide in it. Not at all satisfied with the overall product

Waste of money
16 September 2021

We purchased 3 of these keyboard & mouse sets for the office. We have had them for less than 5 months. Well before then we started experiencing problems, right click didn't work - sometimes having to do it over 5 times before it would work. Now one of the keyboards, some of the keys no longer work at all, button stuck down. We don't use these daily as we are working out of different locations and have them set up at each location. Which was a huge mistake. Started out with the keyboard being silent, but not now, no different to any keyboard with the noise. Being silent is why we purchased them, to type during meetings and not disturb others, that didn't work! Not suitable at all for an office, total rubbish not worth the money.
