Update to my earlier review below. The lag issue with mouse and keyboard is likely due to 1 usb hub that is causing the PC to ponder there are multiple input devices. Not sure why is that so. Swapped it onto another USB hub and doesn't seem to have issues anymore. If others face the same issue with lag, try connecting only the usb dongle to the PC directly first and unplug all other USB hubs. I purchased a laptop stand to deal with debilitating neck and shoulder pain, which worked. However, I now had to deal with my arms getting tired from typing that high off of the desk.I was shopping for something wireless (that wasn't Bluetooth), cheap, functional, and no frills. This fits the bill perfectly.I didn't even bother with a mouse pad and it's fine. One usb connects both the keyboard and mouse to your computer at once. I haven't had to change the batteries in either yet (AAA and AA). The keyboard is silent save for the space bar, which is still fairly quiet.Overall, it's met my needs. I'm considering buying another set for my desktop, but I have no idea if two mice and two keywords would interfere with each other in close proximity.

I purchased this product because I am a laptop user, but needed a separate keyboard as I elevate the laptop to help with posture, and therefore cannot use the attached laptop keyboard. My overall view is that this is a really good budget keyboard and mouse. I was not tempted by any of the more premium Logitech range because, as the price goes up, the technology does not. In particular, you still have to have a USB dongle (which uses up a USB port, whereas Bluetooth would not), it is battery powered, rather than chargeable via cable, and if the keyboards have wires, they are often not USB-C. The lack of development in the more expensive range pushed me into the cheaper purchase.PROS- First four function keys are customisable using the Logitech software (which is ... MoreI purchased this product because I am a laptop user, but needed a separate keyboard as I elevate the laptop to help with posture, and therefore cannot use the attached laptop keyboard. The lack of development in the more expensive range pushed me into the cheaper purchase.PROS- First four function keys are customisable using the Logitech software (which is free and very easy to use). Although please note that sometimes there's a delay in your preferred setting becoming active and the pre-set/default setting being inactive.- Nice typing experience - the keystrokes are very satisfying- There is a small caps lock on and off message that pops onto the screen (only tiny though)- This is one of the few Logitech keyboards dedicated to a Windows device, and the keys are stickered accordingly. Lots of the Logitech keyboards are 'dual purpose' meaning keys are labelled for both Mac and Windows use, and can be sold to both markets. That is poor for user experience and such an obvious cost-saving exercise.- Mouse is nice and quiet and feels slightly more premium than the keyboard.CONS- No backlighting, not even a small light on the caps lock key to let you know it is enabled (this is generally clear from the listing, but just confirming in case that detail is overlooked as it is almost standard on most keyboards)- The build quality is average - the plastics/materials used would have looked dated in the early 2010s! The battery cover is really flimsy and I hope that I do not need to remove it too often as it looks like it could snap very easily.- There's an odd bug on the keyboard on the numpad where the minus key (-) will take you to the lock screen. I cannot seem to be able to change this, and Logitech are pretty stumped too. This makes the numpad a little less useful given that I have to use the minus key on the other part of the keyboard when working through anything numerical. To conclude, while I feel this is approximately 10+ years behind technologically, I am satisfied because I did not pay a premium price. I am not sure that spending more equates to getting more in Logitech's product range.

I love this keyboard. When I bought it, I did not know anything about the brand, but I have to say it really is the best keyboard I have owned. I am very picky about keyboards because I type pretty fast and thus I need a keyboard that has keys that press with a light touch and ease. My old keyboard was horrible because it was harder to press down each individual key and it slowed my typing. This keyboard is fantastic. It is lightweight and it has the Bluetooth which works great with my computer. I’ve never had a problem with this keyboard, and I highly recommend it. As I said, I can type extremely fast with this keyboard.
I am a petite woman who works in a call center. My call center replaced all of the keyboards with extra-large, super loud & clackety keyboards. They all have a wide space at the bottom of them, which makes it hard for my small hands to reach the actual keys. After just one week of trying my best to like them, I gave up and bought this keyboard.I love it because it is pink. There is a very narrow space at the bottom, which makes it super easy to reach the keys. And it is QUIET! For being wireless, it keeps up with my typing speed just as well as a corded keyboard does (this is awesome, since the call center I work in is a 911 center where fast and accurate typing are very important!)I like that it has a 'number pad' on it. I like that the 'F' buttons have options to do just about anything (volume controls, muting, etc).At the end of my shift, I unplug the little USB that came with this keyboard and place it in my locker with the keyboard. I never have to disconnect the giant keyboard, I just move it to the side in favor of this beauty. The keyboard is awesome, the mouse is garbage. I just use the regular 'work mouse' because the pink one that came with this keyboard is just weird.
I purchased the MK470 Slim combo (keyboard and mouse) after using it in a conference room at work. I loved the feel of the keys and mouse while using to deliver a presentation. The keys and mouse were quiet which I loved and needed while delivering my presentation. When I was done I lifted up the keyboard and realized how sturdy it was. It didn’t feel flimsy and cheap. It was then I decided to purchase the combo for myself to use in my office at work. I would have purchased the combo for home use but didn’t because it doesn’t come in black. I’m gonna continue loving the combo and if other colors are introduced I will likely buy another combo set. Thanks Logitech for building two great products and offering them together at an awesome price point!!!
I have used this keyboard & mouse for about 12mths. This is the most ergonomic keyboard & mouse I have ever used. HOWEVER many times I have had issues with the bluetooth which is very temperamental. When the bluetooth is not working well the keyboard & mouse will not respond as you like. Sometimes this means 2-5 clicks before the mouse will click or it means words are not typed when you want it to type & there is a delay which then messes up your typing.I have had to connect a less desirable slimline HP keyboard which has the reliability of a chord (not bluetooth) & I have the HP mouse connected via chord as well. The HP mouse is not very ergonomic but its connected as a last resort when the logi bluetooth mouse plays up. I am always on the computer as a building designer so its very important to have an ergonomical design without bluetooth issues. Nothing I have seen or used compares to the ergonomic design, it is slimline with a padded click and no noise from the click, the scroll is very responsive. I love its ergonomic design! just need the bluetooth sorted out
Sleek design but for some the low profile might not work for them. The keys have a special backing to them, and if one comes out, it's NEARLY impossible to replace. It does not pop back in like a regular keyboard does, and had I known that I would have never ordered this. There is no easy place to reorder a key - so I currently have one missing as the little tiny piece of plastic that keeps it stuck to the keyboard broke.I also don't like that the function keys have the extra options on them - so if you want to do sound/calculator so forth, you have to press the FN key and the particular function key. This also required a little bit of finger placement relearning, as the windows key would be in the same place on a regular keyboard - so I very often hit it instead ... MoreSleek design but for some the low profile might not work for them. I purchased this keyboard for my PC, coming from only using a laptop. I tend to be more comfortable typing with chiclet / Scissor switch type keys, so tactile and design wise I am pleased. However, I have had abhorrent issues with double inputs, ghosting, and stuttering. It can happen while only the keyboard is plugged in, but i find the issue is exacerbated when multiple USB ports are in use (even if they wired connections). The keyboard became unusable when I tried plugging in an HDD. Overall, I’m disappointed in the wireless connection, but if you’re used to the shape and feel of laptop keyboards, this one delivers.I did not use the mouse, so I have no opinion.
I like the sleek slimline look of the keyboard but the design is too compact. The keys are very close together and I keep making typing errors, while I normally can touch type fast and accurately. I don't like the layout of the keys either. Another issue is a constant lag in the wireless connection. The keyboard often didn't respond even though it's only 40cm away from the USB receiver. After repeatedly pressing the same key, nothing would be happening, but then the letter or number would suddenly pop up multiple times at once after a long delay. It seems to have a mind of its own. The mouse is ok, and seems to connect well but I ended up getting a normal size keyboard instead of this one and I am much happier with it.
