It is really easy to either mount on a monitor, a tripod or my favourite: the microphone boom arm. It is useful that it automatically orients the picture.It benefits from having good lighting, but functions okay without depending on your room.It would have been nice to have a detachable usb cord. I have had to use a usb 3 extension a few times. It is low latency when plugged directly into the motherboard.

Just not remotely reliable on an M1 Mac. It seems beyond Logitech to make drivers that work, not to mention make rotation work as advertised. It takes far too much work to even establish which Logitech software you need, as it's not what the box says, and Logitech just decide to abandon software and move to half developed alternatives. Support are legitimately useless. For me it randomly will just start looping my audio for other people, which can only be remedied by unplugging, plugging in and restarting the meeting. There's no pattern to when it happens but it happens EVERY day at least once. By far the most expensive webcam i've bought and by far the least reliable, but didn't start showing these problems until return period was up.

The software is buggy, intrusive, constantly has to update. This is my last Logitech product. I feel ripped off. Too many Logi products have thoughtless, unintuitive and poor design now.

I wish I would have known that this requires the LogiCapture to make the camera work in VERTICAL MODE. You cannot use the vertical mode on a laptop outside Logitech's proprietary software. I wanted to use this camera with another app that allows for teleprompter scrolling for my videos and NOPE. This is the first time with all the Logitech cameras I have that I have run into this issue. Horizontal, you are golden to record in any other app without the LogiCapture open. Logitech - you need to allow for teleprompter or other apps to serve as a teleprompter in VERTICAL. Very annoying and makes this useless for what I wanted to record for IG and FB, so back to my iPhone. I thought it was time to get my own and stop stealing my brother’s webcam and I think this is one of the best purchases in terms of streaming. It autofocuses and can pick up images in the dark. The imaging was clear and very comparable to using an expensive Canon camera to stream. A cool feature about it was the rotatable camera so it not only stream horizontal, but it can also stream vertical. It also matches my white setup which is a plus. The set up was pretty easy & was another device I could control in the Logitech GHub. This camera is being used for on-line instruction. It's functions are for face-on camera, overhead over a piano keyboard, and to show notated music. The picture is clear and sharp, particularly up close when on printed music. For distance it has a somewhat wide angle. So far the camera is acting well and with good features. The attachment shown works well for a stable shot on a platform, and hand held when fully extended. It has, for far, been durable. One drawback is that it requires a good amount of power to run. It was plugged into a USB multi-port, but was not working, there was only a green screen. A Mac mini is used and the camera only works when it has direct connection into one of the Mac's two USB ports. This limits the use of other USB devices.

Quality of video isn't anything special, surely better than a built in webcam, but stil. The mic is nice, still sounds like you're talking in an empty can. I use this on a mac and there's no support for the microphone enhancing technology (I think it's called blue something) in the G hub for mac which could make a big difference. The product quality is good, but the usb cable is bad where it attaches to the camera. small movements (Which I normally do with my screen as it sets on an ergonomic arm) caused the rubber to pop a bit out of the camera body, so the cables inside are exposed now. The camera is incompatible with absolutely EVERY Asmedia-based USB port. Asmedia USB 3.x controllers make at least 1/3 of the world USB interface chip market. Particularly popular with PC motherboard manufacturers. I tried every USB 3.x asmedia chip available on the market, including latest USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, and Streamcam fails to connect in USB 3 mode. Well, it tries,but that results in regular failures to transfer video, or audio stream, sometimes leading to complete freezes. Of course, the latest Asmedia drivers including Microsoft Windows 10&11 certified were used. The problem is in Logitech Streamcam.
