Basically it's a plastic point and shoot 35mm. There are settings for sunny or cloudy weather, mine has a cute little flash which comes with tiny coloured gels. You can put it on a long exposure for night time shots. I would recomend this camera to anyone who wants to take "arty" pictures using film, although for the best lomo results I would recomend using colour transparancy film and getting it cross processed, any decent pro lab can do this but it's also worth asking your local high street processors too. If your intereted in lomo this is probably not a bad camera to have a go with although I would recomend checking out lomo forums and veiwing images taken with the Diana mini online before purchase. As almost expected, the shots aren't super sharp but even with a cheapo normal colour film the colours are beautiful and intense with an almost dream like quality to them.

An amazing little camera. Quite alot smaller than I originally thought, so may be a tad fiddly for people with big fingers. Can be pretty pricey if brought new, but if you do your research you can get a good deal. Although it can be pricey from certain places, it's pretty good value for money as it comes with two booklets, a camera lens cap, and mine came with film (bought second hand). Can take a little while to get used to, since you'll most likely need to change the settings before every shot, since you can change the focus distance, shooting mode, picture format etc.. This camera is also pretty handing for night shots, using the 'B' mode for long exposures, making images easily customisable to your conditions/shooting style. It's also pretty good for double exposures, and panoramic shots, as your able to wind on the film as little as you like. Overall, a great little camera if you can afford it, the film and the processing! Extremely fun to play with!

If you're into lomography, then this camera is a great place to start! It's totally unreliable in a good way, and therefore produces some funny results from time to time. Especially double exposures often turn out great. A really good place to start your lomography adventure .
