Can't really go wrong with a Le Pliage - the classic hold all bag. Really sturdy handles and luxurious feel leather. The only drawback as with all large bags is a lack of inner pockets, but I just bought a bag insert and it works perfectly.What I carry on the daily:- phone, keys, wallet- mini makeup kit including full size body sunscreen- 12.9 inch tablet and charger- 22 oz water bottle- hard drive and cables- paper files- spare masks, hand sanitizerAfter about 4 months of DAILY use traveling overseas and using this as a carry-on bag, I can say that it has held up - with the exception of the bottom corners getting slightly worn, but this is the case with any bag. I recently visited Nordstrom ROOSEVELT FIELD with my mom to purchase another Longchamp Le Pliage bag, which we love for its classic style, versatility, and durability. Unfortunately, our shopping experience was tainted by an unpleasant interaction with the initial staff member at the counter.From the moment we approached, this employee seemed terse and unwelcoming. Suddenly, she became warm and friendly, which made us question if the second employee was a manager or if there had been previous complaints about the first woman's behavior.The second employee's kindness and professionalism ultimately salvaged our experience and led us to purchase the bag. Without her intervention, we likely would have left empty-handed and disappointed.While we love our new Le Pliage, I felt compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for other people of color who might shop here. Especially because I had my cute little mom with me, and if you're mean to my mom I'll hate you forever. Great bag though.

I treated myself to this bag several years ago from JL's, at the time it was a major investment for me so it really needed to be right - hardwearing, spacious, can be held as a tote or slung over a shoulder and above all it needed to fit in well with the majority of my clothes and obviously look good!
