We loved the atmosphere created by this lovely fireplace in our small loungeroom. Unfortuneately, we only enjoyed it last year and it doesn't work this year! Electrician couldn't fix it. And it's out of warranty because we bought it before our house was finished!!!! Bad luck to us. Hopefully we'll get a longer run with the next one. Definitely going to try again.

When wall mounted the heater vent is actually behind the wall and cannot be used the worst design in history . Makes it the most expensive piece of colour changing metal we have ever bought . Can it be used as heater when wall mounted
